Peek nodded to the strange owlet, before slightly opening her beak, widening her eyes, and spreading her wings. She took small steps, and saw an owl look at her strangely.

” Listen to her.” Then he acted on his own advice and unfocussed his eyes, let his wings and head go limp, and his beak drop open.

Sunrise stood up after Peek and walked moon blinked back into her own spot in line, but continued to watch Peek to make sure she was ok.

Shard swallowed hard as he shuffled forward. He tried not to look around as panic and fear welled up inside of him. Trying his best to act moonblinked, he walked forward, dragging his right foot slightly.

Shard continued walking forward, not noticing the watchful eye of a Pure One high above him. He did his best to blend in, acting like the other moonblinked owls.
