thornpaw nodded, and tucked his tail, pointed his ears, then checked his balance. the tabby leaped miraculously, gripping onto the warrior's shoulders again, kicking his hind legs furiously. the apprentice held on longer this time, as lionflame had suggested. his breath was slowly slipping away from him, as he released due to his breathing. "how did i do...?" thornpaw wheezed, giving a slight smile of embarrassment.

ebonystar nodded solemnly and silently. the tom didn't feel like talking right at that moment.

featherfrost sat there in silence next to ebonystar. there was an air of awkwardness yet mostly worry around the she cat as she kept her tail on ebonystar's back, hoping to comfort him. she couldn't bear seeing ebonystar full of sorrow, and her eyes glinted with concern as she sat there quietly.

lionflame smiled, purring. "good job, thornpaw," he praised with a warm glow in his eyes. he padded on to goosepaw. "now goosepaw, show me what you can do," he mewed as he waited for goosepaw to pounce. hopefully he would do just as well as thornpaw.

bluepaw glanced, confused as ebonystar ran into the distance. i wonder what happened... she mused as she started to pad towards the training center. when lionflame told them to get into their fighting stances for a new move, she obliged and crouched low, tail swaying as she tucked in her legs.

kestrelpaw stretched, arching his back as he stood up, light filtering through the bracken walls. most of the apprentices were awake, but some were still off in dreamland, pelts rising and falling peacefully. sighing softly in a content manner, kestrelpaw looked around, tail flicking back and forth as he looked for someone to talk to.

Freedomflight halted abruptly as the strong scent of clan cats filled her nose. She narrowed her eyes and flicked her tail angrily. She had been traveling in this area for a while and hadn't caught wind of the clan until now. Freedomflight swung her head back and forth and flicked her ears in all directions; making sure no one was near, and padded over the scent marked border. "I'll just pass through and they'll never know I was here," She murmured to herself. Her eyes flicked around constantly picking out what a noise was coming from. Her ear flicked left as a twig snapped and her eyes quickly followed to see a small rabbit gnawing on the grass. These woods were beautiful and so full of life, and she was saddened that her stay was cut short by the clan.

Lostshadow padded through camp with a sparrow in his jaws and dropped it on the freshkill pile. His long fur had several twigs entwined in it, showing a rough hunt. Her flicked his eyes around camp to examine who was there. He quickly padded over to the side and began to clean his coat and tug out the small, sharp pieces of wood.

The soft sun was glittering through the trees when the young tom crossed the border. The brown tabby was bored of hunting and talking to himself. He was hoping to find some action, maybe a clanner would come find him, try and chase him out.

streamfur woke to the scent of outsider, as the sun sparked in her eyes. the warrior rose to her paws and quickly avoided the light, as she whipped her head around to spot an outsider. the blue cat dashed over, and skidded to a stop in front of him. "you! what are you doing on roseclan territory?" she snapped, lunging her head forward menacingly at the cat and lashing her tail.

"Don't try and change me!"

Gorse raised an eyebrow as he watched a warrior from the looks of the she-cat. "Just you know, off for a stroll." He said trying to hold back a smirk that showed on his face, he really loved messing with these cats. The brown tabby then started to groom himself, as he licked a paw and drew it over his ear, showing a deep scar.

streamfur nicked his ear sharply. "take that as a warning," she meowed, as she saw the blood trickle down his ear. "or you'll get something much worse than that." as she eyed the small tabby warily, he seemed to be scooting away, then he charged off. "wait! oh i'm not done with you yet-" she panted, and pelted after the outsider, and skidded in front of him as he bumped against her chest, then streamfur pinned the outsider down ominously.

The brown tabby winced as the clan cat clawed his ear, growling he started to run away, hoping she would follow and he could take some fur off her. Once he knew she fell for his bait he let her pin him down. "Well, darling, you shouldn't have done that," he growled as he clawed her belly with his hind legs and wiggled from underneath her while taking a claw to her ear when he got out. "How did that feel? Not good I bet!"

(Could you maybe not Power-Play my cat? I'm not trying to sound rude or anything, it's just a pet peeve of mine)

streamfur kicked him in the stomach before he could rake her, as she rolled away, raking his back and slightly nicking his tail too. "how did that feel? not good i bet!" she mocked, as she then dashed away into the forest before gorse could get up and see her.

thornpaw whipped his head around to see dapplepaw, as he smiled brightly. morning, dapplepaw! he purred, closing his eyes in greeting. you want to train with us? his ears perked, as the tabby apprentice glanced back at lionflame hopefully.
