Aqua was sitting near the nursery watching her kits. She turned to watch Mossystar when the clan meeting was called.

Finchkit lingered near the edge of the group of gathering cats. He wasn't too fond of crowds but he also wanted to hear what was going on.

Twigkit thought about going back to the nursery instead of staying out in the clearing with the rest of the cats but he decided not to. Instead, he sat down looking at his paws.

Blizzardkit was attacking a stray moss ball when Mossystar called a clan meeting. His mother made him sit still, much to his displeasure.

The tom was sitting wrapped up in his mother's tail, curiously watching all of the older cats come out of dens to gather up.

Stonekit

Stonekit's, large ears perked as he heard a call and out of curiosity he slowly stuck his head out of his hiding place behind the nursery and gazed with his large eyes at the crowed wondering what was going on as had never really seen anything like this with his mother, who so kindly abandoned him. He tip toed a little further out from behind the den and set down with all his paws perched under him and his tail curled around his tiny body. His body lurched quickly as he realized that other kits where out but, stayed still as they didn't see him and he couldn't see their mother, unknowingly close.

I Apologize for calling a meeting so late, But we have three new apprentices to make tonight. Ravenkit, Flinchkit and Twigkit, Please come stand beside me. Creekfeather, Redtail and Brownnose, please join them.

When called, Finchkit slowly approached the leader.

Twigkit padded up with the others like he was told to do. He looked rather uncomfortable, his ears angled backwards and his tail twitching with unease.

Finchkit, From this day forward you are Finchpaw. Creekfeather, I Want you to be his mentor.

Twigkit, From this day forward you are Twigpaw. Your mentor will be Brownnose.

Ravenkit, From this day forward you are Ravenpaw. Your mentor shall be Redtail. Now lets all get some sleep. I Will get the apprentices nests in the apprentice den tomorrow.

The queen grabbed Frostkit by the scruff and shooed Blizzardkit ahead of her into the nursery before heading inside herself to sleep.

Twigpaw lingered for a few moments before padding off to get some sleep.

Daylight snook into Mossystar's den and she woke up. ugh...patrols she thought. She streched and padded out of her den. Creekfeather, lead the border patrol with Twigpaw, Finchpaw and Brownnose. I'm leading the hunting patrol with Redtail, Ravenpaw and Hauntedsoul. Mossystar said in a loud, clear voice.

Twigpaw was woken by Mossystar's voice outside calling out patrol cats. He heard his name so he, along with Finchpaw who was now awake, padded out into the clearing the meet up with the others.
