Feather sniffed around and she thought she caught a scent.

Leaf kept going. He soon had to jump a river. He lightly jumped and smoothly landed. He followed the scent. It often twisted and turned but he was gaining on her. He could sence her presence somewhere. But where was the question.

Leaf heard his moms cry and howled with the words in it saying Im found her trail! Im going to find her. Leaf put his nose to the ground once more and sniffed around. Then he spotted Lyla. He ran to her. "What were you thinking?!" Leaf asked loudly out of worry then added, "Why did you leave?" He licked her gently.

Leo heard his sons call and started to run towards that direction.

Neera ran happily towards Rose's den. She stood in front of the entrance. "Rose! Geuss what?"
