Sapphire heard barking and she woke up from her nap. Being only a pup herself, she looks around. Her ears are what are really giving information for her. The little gray pup gets out of her leafy nest. She smells the pup is with others from her pack. She slips in under some tree roots, not wanting to go home yet.
