The old she-cat nodded. "Can I take Sparrowpaw as well? He could use the hunting practice. And Stripepaw is due for some border patrol, if there's room with you and Arrowpaw."

"alright. the apprentices could use practice." Shadowfrost replied, "I'll go get arrowpaw then call sparrowpaw over."

The tabby nodded, padding off to find the apprentices.

Shadowfrost walked over to the apprentice's den and called, "arrowpaw! border patrol!"

❥ Thornpaw padded to the entrance of the apprentice den, blinking in the sunlight. He yawned and came out fully, stretching. He decided to go and get something to eat, so he padded over towards the fresh kill pile, his tail flicking. He surveyed the prey choices, finally picking a small mouse and gnawing on it absentmindedly. ❥

She continued down the path before coming to a small clearing. She rolled her eyes and laid down in the grass. Well, if I have nothing else to do, I might as well just lay here. She thought, her tail swishing annoyedly. ❥

Hawkpaw continued to sit at the apprentice den entrance quietly. She looked around, trying to see if there were something new around the Ashclan territory. The young shecat started to groom herself.

Arrowpaw heard his mentor calling and leaped up, dashing outside. "Here, Shadowfrost!"

Windfur walked up to Hawkpaw. "We're on hunting patrol together. Can you go find Sparrowpaw and Lilypaw?"

Hawkpaw nodded, "She was just here earlier..Maybe she's just out of my sight?" Said the apprentice, getting up and looking around for Lilypaw.
