- Berryleaf usually keeps to himself, preferring the company of his beloved herbs over cats, but he is a kind and polite cat when spoken to. He is rather awkward around others, especially kits, unless he is doing his duties as a medicine cat. Berryleaf loves to learn and will absorb knowledge very quickly but he does have an issue with forgetting some things, usually trivial things about himself such as when he needs to eat or sleep. He tries to make every cat around him happy if he can but he is usually no good at relationships, platonic or romantic kinds. Berryleaf believes that if he does not allow himself to get close to others then he cannot be hurt. When working with his patients Berryleaf is a very gentle cat and he has the ability to remain calm during intense situations if need be.
Born a kittypet, Berryleaf was accidentally let out of his twoleg's house and so he wandered off only to find himself lost on PetalClan territory. Luckily for him a patrol happened across him and brought the kit, who was only three moons at the time, back to the clan where he decided to stay. From an early age he showed a much greater interest in herbs and healing over battle and hunting. He was chosen for medicine cat apprentice and excelled in his studies. During the badger attack Berryleaf's mentor was killed, the only cat he had really been somewhat close to, so now he has taken over as a full medicine cat.

- Icefrost is a quiet, reserved tom. He grows jealous very easily and is always comparing himself to others. He believes most cats dislike him or are trying to use him and so he does not take praise very well, assuming someone is just teasing him or trying to get him to let his guard down. As one might think, Icefrost has trouble developing close relationships with others but once he has chosen someone he becomes very protective even to the point of becoming possessive over them. He feels guilt about his not-so-friendly attitude and knows he isn't the easiest cat to be around, because of this he avoids others and will often isolate himself.
Icefrost, along with his brother Snowfang, had been found just outside PineClan camp. They had been deliberately placed there by their kittypet mother who wanted them to grow up someplace safe, but outside of kittypet life.

- Snowpaw is an easygoing, usually calm cat who enjoys chatting with others and just generally making friends. He seems to have a natural talent for both battle and hunting but he is a rather lazy tom and would much prefer to just lounge around instead of actually put his skills to use. He may not always be the brightest of cats and doesn't always pick up on lies of others or subtle hints.
