"So you haven't seen him?" Moonshine asked.

Cochise sighed and looked down at Shadow, "Who's the little one?" He asked.

"This is Shadow, my son...Rivers colt, but he hasn't seen him yet," Moonshine explained.

Cochise looked at Echo and nodded.

"cochies, im gona check on the herd real fast" echo nickerd before she turned and galluped tords the herd to make sure they were togeather and no one was alone

Mimosa and Alladin grazed quietly.

Felicity caught up with echo.
'Just tell them,' she snorted 'They will find out anyway,'

Felicity flattened her ears. Someone had lost their mate and they were thinking about their herd!
She slowly lost her pace and went back to her grazing lands.

Mimosa lifted her head for a moment, then continued grazing

Felicity knew what it was like to lose a foal and that was much more painful. She sought for peace in the herd but it seemed to disappear.
