A dark chuckle escaped his throat and made the lioness crumble inside yet she showed no fear. Emerald swayed her head around, eyeing the lion carefully until he spoke and what he said was abrupt and demanding. "So is that it? You came all the way here to find a meal and you still think you would have eaten that zebra. No, darling, my whole pride would have chased you even further into the wild than where you came from, but you're right. I owe you one. Any specification you'd like?" She said in a sarcastic tone.

Shaka stopped walking, standing right in front of her. His eyes gleamed as he replied, his voice icily calm, "I didnt come all the way here. Why would I ? You have nothing much to offer here anyways. No, Im just passing by and this was a food stop. Which you ruined. And as far as your pride chasing me out is concerned, Id like to see them try." He smirked, his long teeth glinting in the sunlight. "Oh, how rude of me. The name is Shaka." The ebony lion sat down, the scar on his shoulder standing out more.

Emerald watched the lion seat himself not a few feet before her and speaking with a prompt tone. He introduced himself with a slight sarcastic and daring tone. "I see, Shaka." She nodded and dismissed her name in the conversation when she gazed upon the ebon male's scar "Say, Shaka, what happened to your shoulder?" The lioness asked, starring the lion in the eye to observe his body language.

"Oh you know, a few fights here and there. The thing is, no one other than me really tells the tale." He smirked, lashing his tail. "I got the scar fighting the king of the desert pride. I won, took over. So if I were you, Id get out of my way." Shaka lowered his head, baring his teeth.

the handsome lion nodded, "Hopefully that is the case. I was born in a litter of males and my mother always said that we moved so much we made her tummy do front flips!" Kifalme said with a chuckle.

Anguka noticed the awkward expression on Zeeks face and she let out a small laugh, "Sorry, I can be a bit... Forward at times," she said.

"That's interesting, since one of them is really active, perhaps he is a male?" She said as she felt her belly, then found the area of the cub. She lifted Kifalme's paw off the ground and then placed it there. "See? This one's really active."

He explained his story and here and there Emerald would grunt and roll her eyes in offense to the male's vanity. It wasn't long before the conversation grew intense and Shaka threatened her. The lioness sat where she did the whole time and exhaled loudly "Just walk around me if you really wanted to head off, I'm sure a wanna-be king like yourself would know their way around a lioness." Emerald chuckled and looked up at the raging lion.

"Less noisy. ..I like that alot. I may come here more often then. That is, if you come with me?" Zeek smiled and looked up at sky. He couldn't help but to get lost in stars. It brought him great peace as he did.
