"The cave right over there." She nodded towards one of the smaller caves. "It's a bit more private than the larger caves. I don't really like crowds."

"It's okay, It should be plenty" Matt said keeping his ears active to listen for his brother.

Toru sat a little bit away from them keeping an eye out.

"Matt, what are you listening for?" Maya asked seeing her mates ears swivel around.

"I see. If you wanted to explore then please bring an adult with you next time okay? How about we explore tomorrow?" Roman asked with a small head tilt. He was also a bit anxious in getting out of the den himself.

Maya decided to head out for a bit. You know, get away for a bit and have time for herself. The lioness stood up before she made her way to roam the Outland territory, her home. The female eventually found a good place to rest for a bit. Laying down, Maya looked around still having a small feeling of hope her mate survived his brothers beatings many months ago.

"Sorry about all that. I guess, now for me. Well uh, Alright, now would any lion like to try and feed with three other greedy brothers? I don't think so. I was born into a family with your average proud mother and father named Jewel and Dyxin and to add on, three brothers named Scott, Buck, and Even. My mother lived in the Pridelands and my father was a loner. I was the runt and I was always teased and pushed around by my littermates and since my father was busy with providing for his family, my mother had to hide us from any danger since we were an easy pick to kill. One night when my brothers and I were two moons, Dyxin made a visit to see his family unaware he was being followed by three Prideland lions. When he made it to the burrow, my mother and is cubs were excited to see Dyxin well, three of the cubs. Due to a recent beating from my brothers, I was in the back of the den with cuts and small patches of fur missing. To me, I never knew why it was always the runt that was teased. I unsheathed my claws with a small snarl and I was going to get my revenge. That was until I heard a scream and roars. Looking up, I saw my family in the den swiping their claws at some angry lions who were snapping at them. I scrambled up to my family and stood beside them as I tried to help out and spat at the lions knowing these were Pridelanders. Dyxin was the most afraid because his pride had founded out he was mates with a loner. The Pridelanders ambushed the den and I was the only one to escape though a small opening in the burrow. I ran away from the fighting and bloodshed until I felt far away enough that I was safe. I hid under a small shrub until one day an older lion founded me. The thing that ticked me off was that the male mistaked me for a lioness. We decided to stay with each other after our small argument. For another two months, we lived with each other and got along okay for a while. We had our fights but soon enough we felt each other falling for the other. Though we didn't want to admit it, we gave small hints to the other. After five months is when we finally confessed. We both loved each other back and well, and we were happier after that day. Until that night Francis went out hunting and never returned. I was worried sick for my love but knew if he didn't return he was probably dead. With a sigh, I knew i needed new shelter. The next day I was walking around and soon found some other lions. Outland lions they were and I decided to act all sad and injured so i could be taken into the pride and hopefully accepted. Eventually I was accepted. Now feeling a bit more happy, I still couldn't stop thinking about that stupid lion I loved. Soon enough my crush for Francis vanished but my memory of him never did." Arthur sighed feeling tears swell up in his emerald eyes.
