rainpaw jumped excitedly to the sound of his mentors voice. he followed it and soon padded up to her with a grin from ear to ear on his face. "i've been looking for you for a long time, i'm really excited to begin training. when will we? and what will we be doing?" he asked, firing off questions at her.

Fernface quickly calmed down and noticed it was her brother, Shadepaw. He bounced around looking left and right. Then he came straight to Stormblaze, who was just a tail length away. "Hey! Your fur is out of whack! Let me fix it." She stood up and lapped his head. He backed away and mewled, "Thanks, but I really gotta ask Stormblaze to take me training."

Shadepaw looked to his mentor, "S-S-So can we go and train?" His ears twitched as he waited for the response.

Thornstripe slowly emerged from the warriors den mumbling under her breath, " what ever mouse brain made my nest didn't put enough moss in it, my joints feel like an elder" she grumbled as she tried to stretch her soar muscles

stormblaze looked over his shoulder and smiled at Shadepaw. He quickly jumped to his paws and padded toward his apprentice and away from the fresh kill pile. "Hello, Shadepaw. Ready for training?" he asked with a slightly crooked smile.
