Kira nodded slowly at Liem and turned to Jake, her ears plastered against her head. 'We-Well how do we get out?' She asked backing away from them.

[dooze]

Jake's friendly laugh came from his mouth. "You don't have to be afraid of us, young ones." Liem wagged his feathered black tail unreassuringly.
"Seriously, guys." Jake laughed again. "Koda's bark is way bigger than his wimpy bite!" Koda snarled at Jake.

"I maybe can get us out if I play with this thing." Liem said, pointing to a lock with his nose. "Maybe it will fall." He started pawing the lock, as it became looser and looser.

Kira began to pace, her small paws begining to tremble. She kept as far away as possible from Koda Liem and Jake, and finnaly closed her eyes and faced the wall. Being in such a small space with so many dogs was pushing up her automatic reation to fight them. She pressed her head against the wall and hoped that they would get out soon. For their sake, not hers.

Liem stopped opening the cage and turned to Kira, worried. "Are you okay, Kira?"

Kira gave a quiet growl to warn him not to come near her. 'Just keep doing what your doing... Please.' She whispered and pressed her head harder against the wall.

Liem nodded and nudged the door open. Yipping in joy, he motioned the others out.

Kira flicked her ears and waited for the others to leave before her.

Jake and Koda started to run out. "Liem said you have a pack..." Koda said. "Do you think we could join?"

Kira shrugged as she bolted out of the cage, 'Ask him not me! He's been there longer then I have...' She mumbled and skidded to a halt, not knowing what way to go next.

"I don't see why not!" Liem barked, running ahead of Kira, motioning her toward him.
