scout sighed and then thought a second before starting. "is Naomi .. pregnant? i can see shes at least over half way through her pregnancy, otherwise, naomi needs to lose a few pounds." she added at the end with a little chuckle

"I am not at liberty to say." Gelu replied. "And I'm afraid it is none of your business dealing with her weight issues. She's having hard times. You can't blame her for overeating."

Naomi barked at Gelu. "Whats so bad about company? That's my question."

"Look at them." Gelu said, lifting her head to meet Naomi's gaze with one full of ice. "You still have open wounds. Do they even bother to clean their paws? I don't think so. But if you want to risk infection and dying, be my guest." The white shepherd got up and walked out, leaving them to their own problems. If she wasn't going to be respected, then what was the point of even trying? She made her way up to the roof top for fresh air, and maybe some peace.

scouts tail dropped slightly because she could feel that naomi was something more than overwait. she walked off deciding she wanted to find cody.

Naomi growled. "Atleast my brother can stay."

Sagitta watched her sister go up to the roof and sighed, following her silently. Once there, she sat next to her on the roof and joined her at looking at the stars.
"Don't let them get to you." Sagitta said. "They wouldn't survive without you and they know it. Just give them time."
"Why should I?" Gelu asked bitterly. "They have never bothered with my orders before, why start now even when the life of the alpha and her unborn spawn are at risk?" The sarcasm bit deeply into her voice. Sagitta glanced at her sister in shock.
"What has happened to you? You were never like this before."
"It doesn't matter now." Gelu snapped. "I'm getting tired of this place. How can I be a mage when no one takes my expertise seriously?"
"They just need time." Sagitta repeated. "That's all."
"That time is running out." The mage muttered.

Cody sat down and ate his dinner quietly, not really tasting the rat he had picked from the pile. He just picked at it, not thinking of it really.
