Shasta was inside,crying his heart out.He wanted to see Naomi,but Gelu wont let anyone in.He sat by the stairs,his head hung low.

Jess sighed as Kira padded off again.He looked at the wound in his stomach.For some reason it started burning a bit.He looked around,then headed back to the aparment,standing infront of it."I dont even know if Im allowed in or anything..." he sighed.

Jess padded in to the building,then saw Shasta crying."Whats wrong?" he asked,sitting down next to him.

Shasta looked up at him."My sister was badly hurt in the battle...and she's the only family I have left.Now I cant even see her!" he hung his head again.

Jess tilted his head."Im sure she'll be just fine." he smiled reasuringly at Shasta."Why cant ya see her?" he asked.

"B-Because Gelu said that no one can come in,And Gelu's mean!" Shasta snorted.

"Well come on.Im sure she'll let you see her,even if its just for a second." Jess smiled.Then they walked to the room where Naomi was,and saw a crowd infront of it."Umm..." he looked at them,sightly shy.Neither of them knew him.

Diamonds ears lowered as he watched the fight. He watched BJ leave and sighed, shaking his head.
"I'm sorry for that, Gelu. Everyone seems on the frtiz since the fight" he said and stood from where he sat.

Yuri limped next to Jess and Shasta, covered in his own battle wounds.
"Gelu is not mean. She is taking good care of your sister." He said sagely, sitting his sore body next to the pup.

Gelu snorted and went back to Naomi to speak. She looked at Diamonds. "As of now, no one but you and I are to come in here, at least until tomorrow. Naomi has the beginnings of infection, and in her condition this could be bad if what I think is going on is going on."

"Shasta, Gelu is having a private conversation with Naomi." Sagitta said quietly when she saw the pup. "I think I know why, but for now it is best that no one interfere. Trust me, this isn't the sort of thing you want everybody in on, especially in her condition."
