Thornstone chuckled at how the siblings had chosen to handle the kill. Nonetheless, he nudged Honeydew off the mink, smirking and winking to her as he did so. His ears brushed against hers as he picked the mink up, his long tail brushing against hers. These subtle things were most likely unnoticeable to Fallenthorn, but made his interests clear to Honeydew. He picked up the soft, long piece of prey and meowed through it, "Shall we keep going?"

Honeydew
Honeydew felt herself heat up as Thornstone went closer to her. She made a quick glance at her brother, who thankfully was oblivious to the gestures. "Y-Yes, we should continue". Making sure her brother didn't see, she gave a slightly awkward wink to Thornstone.

Fallenthorn
Fallenthorn nodded, agreeing with his sister. He noticed his sister was acting rather odd, but he thought it must have been the way she had hunted earlier.

[Dawnsummer]

Thornstone nodded and meowed, muffled, "Fallenthorn, why don't you take the lead." He allowed the tom to pass him, not wanting to miss a scent due to what he was holding overriding his senses. He looked at Honeydew, swiftly taking in her figure before she could notice. His eyes averted back to the front, waiting for Fallenthorn.

Fallenthorn
Fallenthorn went in front of the two cats, his tails swaying back and forth. He tried to find some scents, but found it difficult with the mink in his mouth.

Honeydew
Honeydew sighed, going behind her brother. She noticed her brother having difficulty, but decided to ignore him and find prey scents herself. She didn't want to mess up like last time.

(I thought Thornstone was holding the mink?)

Thornstone kept his ears alert, looking around for any proof that prey was around recently. (WB)

(Hey arthurandscones, would you be okay with Honeydew having Softpaw as an apprentice?)

(I'm fine with Honeydew apprenticing Softpaw, and when I meant by "in his mouth" I meant Thornstone)

Fallenthorn
Fallenthorn suddenly heard a small crunch. Gently stepping, he looked to find the source of it. He looked around until he found what it was. A squirrel was busy dining on a nut. He sighed, knowing that squirrels were very common. However, it was better than nothing.

Honeydew
Honeydew had also noticed the noise, and followed her brother. When she saw the squirrel, she whispered into his ear. "This is yours". She waited for Thornstone's response.

Thornstone nodded and quietly set the mink down, ears flicking to pinpoint where the squirrel was. He padded past Fallenthorn calmly, keeping himself low to the ground to avoid detection. When he saw it was a squirrel, he flattened himself to the ground and crept forwards, his tail lashing from side to side before it stilled. He crouched back when he was close enough and lept towards it. It dropped its nut and slipped through his paws. He snarled and raced after it, his long fur and tail streaming after him.

Fallenthorn watched Thornstone trying to get the squirrel. He gave a glance to his sister, implying if he should help Thornstone.

Honeydew
Honeydew returned her brother glance. She shook her head, knowing this is Thornstone's kill.
