"I have a tendency to do that." Leafsong jokingly replied, raising her head in mock vanity. Then she dropped it, and said, "In my opinion, you should always be the best you you can be. But hey, what do I know?" She twitched her whiskers in amusement, and gave him one last affectionate shove. Then, she bounded ahead of him, brushing her feathery tail along him as she went, and entered camp, heading towards the fresh kill pile.

He followed after her with the swish of his own bushy tail. He made it to the pile and proudly set the bird down in the pile. The sight of it had once again brought back all the memories, but they were a lot happier. Sure he'd be happier and nicer to people...but he still had the name Prickleheart for a reason. No matter what he'd always have a bit of grouch in him That was just who he was.

Moonstar noticed Tigerpelt was back and she bounced over to him. ''Hi Tigerpelt,'' the she-cat went on. ''The reason I called you here is because I want to address how your feeling. I hope that is okay.'' Moonstar thought for a while. ''I know other cats treat you with disrespect and I'm very sorry for that and I know that.. er- I don't treat you the same way. I think being a mentor would be the best thing for you to prove the cats wrong. I'll will consider giving you an apprentice.'' Moonstar gave an affectionate brush to his back with her tail. ''It'll be all right. You may go now, Tigerpelt.''
Noticing that the other two cats have arrived, Moonstar wandered over to the fresh-kill pile where the two cats were unloaded the stock. ''Thank you so much, especially you Prickleheart.. I realise that er- bringing up you being a patrol might have been a bit of a shock. Sorry.'' she apologized soothingly.

Fallenpaw lifted her had toward the voice. She sniffed the air and recognized the smell of Lionpaw. "Oh hello Lionpaw" Fallenpaw meowed with a small smile. "Can I help you with anything?" the she-cat asked.

Jaypaw sat bored in the camp. He had really wanted to go on the Hunting patrol for a little extra practice but he was okay with letting the two warriors go instead. Jaypaw looked around the camp, enjoying the slight breeze of leaf-bare.

Nightfang sat in camp, a pensive expression glued onto his face. He was thinking about becoming a mentor for one of the apprentices but it brought him pain to think that he could've had lots growing up with his mate. Nightfang let out a long sigh, imagining what his mate, Silverheart, would've wanted. He decided that he would visit Moonstar later and talk to her about getting an apprentice. Still Nightfang sat in the camp, thinking about what it was like when Silverheart was alive.

Lionpaw purred. "Well, actually, I was wondering if there was anything I could help you with."

Tigerpelt nodded at what MoonStar had said. He was happy that his leader gave him some respect. Sometimes it felt like his own sister didn't trust him. He walked back to her, his tail perked with joy. MoonStar was right, having an apprentice would prove others wrong.

Squirrelflight watched her prey, hoping some cat would take it. She hissed playfully when her brother purred and said "Just like an apprentice would with his first catch!"

He nodded twords Moonstar,"It's alright Moonstar. It was my pleasure to go hunting again and actually catch something. I also learned a few things while I was there too. Thank you, for calling me on that patrol." He glanced at Leafheart a few times he said that, still in his sonewhat decent mood.
