"It doesn't matter. My little brother is out there. Who knows if he's alone or not since he's an independent one as well. I'm going after him and I don't care if I die or not." Earlgray snorted before he raced out of the den and camp. He was going to find his little brother until it killed him which it will.... Or so he thinks.

"Wait!" Yowled Silverpaw, but it was no use. He was gone. Silverpaw stamped her foot down. Why were they all running away! She padded over to Blazehawk. "You better not go running after your brother too. There is a burst, in case you didn't notice, and we kinda need to hold down the fort. A little help?" Silverpaw shot the words out of her mouth, rapid fire, before giving a curt nod and returning to the cave entrance. Smoke was creeping into the camp, and Silverpaw had to drape a few large leaves she had found near the forest over the entrance. "Come onnnn..." She begged, hoping she would be able to keep everything going. She was just an apprentice! Well, thought Silverpaw. At least I'll have some practice being leader! She gave a small smile.

Amberbreeze

Amberbreeze laid down in the nest, and buried his face in the moss. His head had finally cleared, and now he just felt embarrassed of how he had acted. "I-I'm sorry.." he mumbled through the moss.

Midnightpaw

He sat down with his back to the other two cats. "You didn't even help your clanmate that called you," he snorted, "For deputy you don't have very good hearing." He had heard Emeraldblaze call them but ignored her, thinking Rockfoot would go get her. He didn't want to be involved but now he felt a little guilty for not saying anything. 'She will be fine..' he thought.

Emeraldblaze

Being unable to see, breath, or hear well out in all of the ash she felt her way over to a tree. She sat down on what she thought to be, a side that faced away from the volcano. "Amberbreezee!" she yowled, taking in a lot of ash in the process.

"I never had a brother." Blazehawk meowed calmly as she way laying down in her best in the warriors den. "Either way with Earlgray, once his mind is at onto something you can't change it. Going out there is going to kill him. It's good to see that he really cares about his brother still despite that they always argue." The Maine Coon added on.

Rockfoot ignored Midnightpaw. He was just on her last nerve. But Rockfoot really hadn't properly heard Emeraldblaze. Myabe the she-cat had been on her bad side? "You're alright." She told Amberbreeze. "Stay here." Then Rockfoot crossed the river and ran through the forest, getting to the mountainside in much quicker time. "EMERALDBLAZE!" She yowled, coughing. "EMERALDBLAZE!"

Silverpaw shook her head disappointedly in acknowledgement. "Starclan, please give them safe passage." She hoped. "Alright," she then said. "What now? You're the warrior." She turned back to Blazehawk. "What should we do?"

Amberbreeze quickly stumbled to his feet and tried to follow Rockfoot. "B-but there is a burst!" He followed her until he saw Emeraldblaze under a tree ahead of them. "W-why is she here?"

Emberblaze

She was under a tree with ash coating her fur. Her ears were back and eyes closed tight to block out the ash. She opened one eye a bit when she saw Rockfoot, but jumped to her feet and shook off some ash when she saw Amberbreeze. "You're okay!" she said while running over.

Ayla

Ayla did not apologize for stepping on anything, even though she was completely aware that she had. "Mh'm" she replied to Romano, then asked "Do either of you know how long the raining ash lasts? They are so boringg"

"How am I supposed to know. I ain't the damn leader. Heck I'm not even the deputy. I'm just your average warrior who's not important." Blazehawk snapped back before she stood up on her four paws. All she said was true. She didn't see anything special about herself.

"No I do not dudett despite that I lived in these regions all my life." Eaglepaw replied. "Same here. I would guess a bit less then an hour or so I hope." Romano replied before he tried to get the Medicine Cat apprentice off of him but his efforts weren't working. "Hey bella, could you get meat face off of me?" Romano then asked Ayla still trying to get the younger male off of him. His tactic was thrashing around and arching his back a bit.

Ayla

"I haven't lived here long.." she sounded kind of worried. She was worried if Robin has made it somewhere safe during the burst, or if he was even in the area still. She didn't think he would leave her there but the thought had crossed her mind before. When she heard Romano's request she answered in a slightly confused way, "Sure..?" She went to Romano's side and attempted to shove Eaglepaw off.
