kestrelthorn glanced up from making herb bundles when she heard a cat rushing around outside.
whitefoot, the medicine cat recognized, had called her about moonlight's kits coming. she licked away bits
of leaves off her paws and hurried to gather whatever herbs will be needed. it took kestrelthorn a few moments
to find whatever she had been searching for. a stick was also taken just in case the queen needed something to
bite down on.

"you'll be fine, moonlight," kestrelthorn meowed through a bundle of herbs, as she arrived at the nursery. the older
she cat set down what she had brought with her and rushed to moonlight's side.

WhiteFoot was in the room with Stareye closely waiting for the names.

Moonlight licked the kits carefully.
" They are." She replied to WhiteFoot warmly

Hawkpaw tilted his head and yawned,going back to the Apprentice den. He layed in the corner of the den curled up."Humm..its kinda boring now..."

Eaglestorm glanced at his leader and dipped his head respectfully. "Alright Breezestar.." He replied and looked around the camp slowly. "Deerpelt, Spottedleaf, Hawkpaw.." He called. "Come join me for a hunting patrol please.." The deputy added.

Spottedleaf heard her name being called and she sighed softly. Her stomach was growling obnoxiously, and she felt somewhat lazy today. "Fine.." She murmured softly and rose to her paws, strolling over to the deputy.

""Finchpaw!" Russetpaw called, looking for her partner in crime. The two liked to cause trouble together, and even though it's fun to do it alone, it's better when there are two. She flicked her tail and turned her ears towards every little sound. Eaglestorm talking? No, Finchpaw wouldn't be there. The nursery? No way, he was an apprentice, he wouldn't want to go back to the nursery. Russetpaw huffed.

Deerpelt turned his head towards Eaglestorm, confusion on his face. It was only then when the deputy said it was a hunting patrol, he nodded in understanding and padded to stand next to his clan deputy. Deerpelt was dying to get some fresh air anyways.

The deputy glanced at Deerpelt and smiled kindly, dipping his head in greeting to the other Tom. He looked around, waiting for Hawkpaw to join them. Of course it was an apprentice that they were waiting on, of course which caused Eaglestorm to get a little impatient.

Spottedleaf glanced over at Deerpelt, smiling faintly in greeting as her tail flicked back and forth. "Hello Deerpelt." She said warmly.

Deerpelt felt slightly nervous that both the deputy and a warrior were looking at him. However, as soon as the deputy looked away, he relaxed slightly and turned his attention to Spottedleaf. "Hello, Spottedleaf. How are you? I-it's a nice day, isn't it?"

Indeed it was a nice day. The sun was high in the sky, and there was not a cloud in the sky. It was exactly the way Deerpelt liked it.
