one clap of thunder roared in the morning sky; one of which brought every cat out of their dens. quietly, but frantically, cats gathered in the center of camp, speaking in hushed tones. one, of which nobody knew whom, spoke in the loudest tone; "perhaps these storms are bringing something as a sign, maybe a prophecy," the cat had suggested. The cats began to uproar in agreement, but their tyrant leader brought them to a hush. "Silence! You must not have such alacrity!" the leader snarled. anger brought the same cat that had spoken in the first place to its' paws. "Nukai, I can not stand for this! You promised us you would be a fair leader, but I have begun to abhor you!" the cat snarled. Nukai turned and braced himself against his large paws and build. "Then leave, Oblivion. You don't belong in a clan that has cats better than you," Nukai growled. With a yowl of anger, Oblivion bunched his muscles and then leaped, towering over his older brother. He pinned him, and sank his claws into his shoulders. "Listen, Nukai. Listen to your cats! They feel the same as I!" He growled. Murmurs of agreement showered around, and Nukai snarled. "You all will listen to me!" Nukai instructed angrily. Hisses grew around them, and Oblivion growled. "Nu-" he began, but a roar of thunder filled the air. "Nukai, we're starving, for starclan's sake! Can't you see that your strict rules are doing nothing good for us!? Sending one patrol out every day is killing us!" Oblivion protested. Nukai shoved Oblivion off of him and got to his paws. "Bluffclan! You fools! You'll regret ever doing this," he snarled. And with that Nukai stormed out of the camp, fur bristling and on end. Oblivion glanced around; "I'm sorry about him. My old age has gotten to me. I could not bear to see this happen to you cats before I was at my wit's end," the old tom rasped. "Now it is time for me to go. I will never see you all again, but I will be watching." And with that the tom stalked out of bluffclan's camp, and nobody ever saw him again.
