"Thanks," Eaglepaw said to Emberfeather, eyes glittering with appreciation. Eaglepaw walked a bit closer to the queen and her two kits, and he gingerly sat himself down. "I wish mama was here," mumbled Eaglepaw inaudibly. All the other cats would hear was a faint murmur. "Why did Cedartooth do this?" he said, more out loud and clearer than his previous sentence.

"Oh?' she said, obvious confusion in her voice. Why is he worried about Tangleheart? Is there something romantic going on between them? she thought, expression puzzled, and her head cocked slightly to the side. But he's quite a bit older than Tangleheart... and I was certain there was something going on in between Tangleheart and Redpelt... After a few heartbeats more of Indigoblossom thinking to herself, it finally clicked. "Oh! Tangleheart's your sister, right?"

Estelle eyes widened in alarm, and bristled her fur. "Why?" she said, narrowing her eyes at the tom. "If I was a killer, I wouldn't want you to know, would I?" Estelle's crisp blue eyes scanned Cedartooth, a bit in disgust. What type of a question is that? she thought, flicking her long and elegant tail. What does he plan to do with me?

The small Kittypet padded out of her cat-flap, listening to it shut behind her. Leaping up on the fence, she glanced out onto the forest at the back of her yard. Indigoblossom felt her face grow hot with embarrassment and she ducked her head down. "Oh! My apologies... uh... I'm bad at remembering that type of stuff..." Indigoblossom chuckled in good humor, but was also most obviously embarrassed by the incident. Indigoblossom raised her head back up, and smiled weakly. "Well, I suppose I understand why you'd be worried. I'd get very nervous, as well, if Eaglepaw or Falconpaw went missing..." Indigoblossom suddenly remembered something. She looked around frantically, only seeing Falconpaw in camp. Eaglepaw was nowhere to be seen."Great StarClan! Eaglepaw's not here!" she yowled, green eyes lighting up in fear. "What if Cedartooth has him? How in silverpelt did I do this? I have to find him!"
