Applepaw smiled and purred. Life could be as perfect as they wanted it to be. "I want to choose my name now." She whispered. This would be the start.

Smokefeather flicked his ears calmly as he lay in the Warriors den grooming his tangled fur.He then glanced at his sister,his blue gaze questioning."What's wrong sis?"he asked.

Rain song looked up at her brother."Hmmmm?Oh,nothing.I was just looking outside of the den."she meowed quietly before laying her head back down on her paws:

He purred flicking his ear "ok applepaw." He meowed with a smile sad that it would be the last time she was called applepaw but happy they were together he toke a few steps back and sat down

Echopaw//with ash outside of camp
she smiled ''not long'' she meowed softly licking his cheek and then she looked at her paws her whiskers twitched

Flame// hunting with willowtail
She started walking "we should split up we might have a chance of catching some prey" she meowed looking back at him she lifted her back leg and then put her weight back on it

Patchear//around camp worried
He didn't see softpaw or applepaw his kit around camp he began to worry was he to harsh on applepaw? He limped around camp calling applepaws name "applepaw?" He called one last time before sitting down with a growl

Lilackit// with shimmerkit
She curled her tail around the kit she had followed her "hey it's ok." She whispered softly she didn't know if the kit was upset and why but she licked her ears softly as her mother would do to her lilackit was so quiet and shy but she cared for shimmerkit she had lost her mother and her father didn't seem to care

she walked beside ash quiet for awhile her ears flicked ''who was the shecat?'' she asked curling her tail around his after being quiet for a few long moments

"Just an old friend from twolegplace." He nuzzles her affectionately. "I was just wondering how long until the kits will be born?" He asks curling his tail around her.

(Sunbeam's kit I may or may not have forgotten her name...)

The tiny she-cat looked out from behind the nursery. She had not talked a lot since Sunbeam had died and she felt so alone without her mother. But worst of all she felt like her father didn't care.

ThornheArt sighed and rested his head on his paws.

Frostfeather came back a moment later with moss and herbs. "Oh sure, growl at me for helping out the little kitty you brought and abandoned right away for your shared mate." He muttered as he pressed the moss to her leg. She stayed silent while he pressed ointment on it before sealing it with cobweb. "What do you mean by 'shared mate'?" She asked quietly. Frostfeather sighed. "Echopaw is shared by Thornheart and Ash." He meowed. She looked stunned. "But, he told me.." She whispered. She thought they had a special connection, and he left her all alone for a wild cat?

Applepaw took a deep breath. "I have decided my name will be Applebloom. Because that's what I was named after in the first place." She said softly. Her old life was over. She was Applebloom now.

Littlepaw yawned softly from where she sat outside the warriors den, blue eyes droopy with exhaustion.

Applebloom smiled. "Now you choose yours." She whispered. This would be the last time he would be Softpaw. This was the beginning.

Primrosekit sniffed and her eyes flicked to the cat she scented. "Your name is.. Lilackit. Yes?" She said, her silk wrapped voice slightly edged with sadness.

"You.. lost your parents too.. right?" She whispered, her blind gaze saddening. "Does it ever get ok again? Daddy says that he wasn't ready, and that medicine cat is too important and too busy, and I believe him. But.. I miss my mother. The last thing I told her.. " Tears started to rush down her face. "I told her she needs to stop thinking about my blindness was a bad thing." She sniffled. "All I did was right with her and now she's gone." She whispered.

Applebloom dipped her head. "Then from this moment on.. you will be known as softnose." She mewed. She shuffled her paws and looked away, slightly embarrassed. "I was wondering... if, later on.. you might want to be mates?" She whispered.

Honeytail walked up to her mate. "Something wrong?" She choked out. The condition of her voice had only worsened. She continued to refuse herbs and it was showing. She struggled extremely to speak and it was only going downhill from there.
