She purred closing her eyes she licked her side "how many do you think is in there?" She asked tilting her head she looked around again listening for ash she licked her paws

Thornheart thought for a moment. "Two." He finally decided. "Or four. " He added, licking her cheek.

Snowball waited for ash to start walking back to camp, her tail still wrapped around her injured leg.

He bounded into the camp and walked over to Echopaw. "Could I talk to you?" He asks looking over at Thornheart. "In private maybe it's about our kits." He meows.

Snowball came in a moment later, limping unsteadily. "Ash?" She called quietly. She saw Frostfeather and Thornheart turn to look at her and she shrank away. She absolutely hated attention, especially in a place full of strangers. "A-ash?" She called again, looking afraid. She had ripped her wound open on her rush to follow him, and her tail and let soaked with blood.

She sat up and licked thornhearts ears, her whiskers twitched "of course" She meowed softly she began to pad towards the camp exit stopping waiting for ash to follow she slowly blinked smelling blood

Frostfeather rushed over as soon as the smell hit his nose. "What is your name?" He asked the small tabby she cat. Her eyes were wide and afraid, and she tightened her blood sodden tail around her injured leg. "Snowball." She whimpered, frightened by the much larger, scarred Tom. "Remove you tail." He meowed. "I can help you." She hesitantly moved her tail, and he took a long sniff. "Infected dog bite." He muttered. "Start cleaning it and ill get my supplies." He said gently.

He growled at Frostfeather and walked over to Snowball. He whispered in her ear. "That's the medicine cat he's supposed to help you but he is a little harsh." He meows before walking over to Exhopaw.m

Frostfeather came back a moment later with moss and herbs. "Oh sure, growl at me for helping out the little kitty you brought and abandoned right away for your shared mate." He muttered as he pressed the moss to her leg. She stayed silent while he pressed ointment on it before sealing it with cobweb. "What do you mean by 'shared mate'?" She asked quietly. Frostfeather sighed. "Echopaw is shared by Thornheart and Ash." He meowed. She looked stunned. "But, he told me.." She whispered. She thought they had a special connection, and he left her all alone for a wild cat?
