Streamfrost nodded. "We'll stick to that then," the fae mewed, then padded on in silence for a few more minutes, stopping near a clearing. "Okay, I think this spot is good," she called out, and the patrol began to disperse. The silver deputy padded towards a random spot, using her mouth to wrap around a fairly large stick.

Collecting up some herbs in his store, BrownBerry set them in their proper spots, making sure that the area was try before he set them down. moldy leaves don't cure greencough. he reminded himself as he set one of the last bundles down. Flicking his tail so that the few catchweed fronds that had stuck there fell off, he set the last bundle in it's spot and started to look if any piles needed to be refilled.

Owltalon nodded back to the she-cat before once again beginning his walk out of the camp. He found himself coming to a halt when he saw the deputy stop. He looked around for a moment and said "Be careful everyone." He looked down to Whitepaw and said "Why don't you come with me." He smiled at the apprentice and then walked away from the deputy, not too far though. He found a few good sticks that would serve as good protection.

Featherpaw let her tail wrap around her body as she waited for the leader to speak about her training. She was hopeful that he would find it fairly well done, but there was always that half of her that said she was pretty much going to fail her assessment. She tried her best to get the thoughts out of her mind, and the words of the leader helped with that. She smiled up at the larger cat and said "I will try my very best Shiverstar. I believe that i am now ready."

Whitepaw nodded, padding beside his mentor, noticing how the brown tabby warrior kept glancing back at streamfrost, their new deputy. "Whatcha looking at?" The young apprentice slyly remarked, giving a small shoulder nudge to the older tom.

Shiverstar nodded to the apprentice before speaking. "You will walk the territory, hunting as much prey as possible. I will be watching, hidden, the whole time. If you see me or if I jump out at you, treat me like an intruder, attack with claws sheathed. Only if you see me, Whisperpool and Willowpaw don't count as intruders, as you would know. Also- if the worst should happen- shout as loud as you can if anything goes wrong." He paused, letting the apprentice take in all the rules.

Whisperpool looked at the apprentice. "I will take you to see Rush Fall, but I wouldn't like to go into the Moonpond in case we disturb StarClan." The grey and white fae began to walk downstream where the beautiful waterfall would be crashing ito the river below. The she cat could already hear it. Soon they were there. "This is Rush Fall, behind this waterfall is a secret cave where the Moonpond lies. The Moonpond is where we share tongues with StarClan."

Owltalon was just about to pick up a few sticks in his mouth when he heard Whitepaw's voice beside him. He looked down at the apprentice with a slightly evasive expression. "What? Oh nothing, just making sure Streamfrost is okay." Of course there were other reasons, but the young apprentice didn't need to know that. "Now find some sticks, we have many barriers to reinforce!" He then began searching once again before the apprentice was able to reply to him.

Featherpaw sat quietly as she listened to the leader explain all of the rules of the assessment. She, of course, was not aloud to attack another cat of the clan under any circumstances, and when she finds Shiverstar she must keep her claws sheathed as she attacks him. The rules were now deep in her mind and she was sure that she would pass this assessment, or at least she hoped to. Of course butterflies were flying around crazily in her stomach but she tried her best to hide her nerves. She nodded at the leader and said "I will be sure to alert you if anything happens. I am ready whenever you are Shiverstar!"
