OtterClan is a fairly
new clan. All the cats
love swimming and eating
fish. They are mainly
friendly, though can be
fierce and protective
over territory. Cats
still have their own
personality, though.

Our territory is not too
big. But not too small. We have the water resources for the
fish some of us eat. And the forest for the air-breathing
prey, that most of us eat. And we have the dens, the
ones that every clan needs.

The lake where medium sized and small sized fish live.

The river where all sizes of fish live.

This is where our clan leader sleeps.

This is where the clan warriors sleep.

This is where our medicine cat & medicine cat apprentice sleep and keep herbs.

This is where the apprentices sleep

This is the elders den.

These two caves are the nursery. The caves are rather small, so we're lucky there's two.

Rustpaw is half what you'd expect from a young tom; a cat who wants to explore and learn all about his surroundings! Even if that means getting himself into sticky situations now and then. He is very eager to please, no matter the cost. So he is rather likely to act on his first impulses, not always thinking situations though; but as he claims, he's working on that.

He is very prideful in his skills; though he is prone to having a rather big ego for a cat his size. He takes it to heart when people praise him and criticize him; though he'll be frustrated at first, Rustpaw will quickly forget about what upset him and dash off to the next task that requires his attention.

Rustpaw also finds his pelt to be unique and handsome; taking the time to admire his red, black, and white coat now and then. He has a long tail and is rather expressive, using it to tease and play with the kits. Rustpaw isn't expected to get much bigger than he is now.

As for family; Rustpaw only knew his mother for a short few moons until she disappeared. Rustpaw predicts that she died and doesn't linger too much on the topic; he much rather talk about the she-cat called Leafpelt who took him in and raised him as her own kit. She had a huge impact on his life; teaching the excitable tom about everything she knew that his mother never had the chance to do. Though Rustpaw's relationship with Leafpelt was extremely short, only lasting two moons before she gotten sick. Rustpaw still mentions her as she you'd half expect her to show up around the corner.
