the tom twitched his tail as FoxCloud bounded off before turning to his sister... "what are you doing!?" he hissed... "you would've gotten me killed!" he swiped his long tail to know her off-balance to where he pinned her down with one paw on her neck and the other on her shoulder... "I warned you..." he snarled in her ear as he clawed at her shoulder... "now leave me alone!" he hissed and disappeared around a bramble and into camp

a look of shock his FeatherStorms eyes as her brother broke the skin on her shoulder... it wasn't life threatening but it brought panic to her as she saw the scarlet seep from the wound... she let out a whimper of fear as she had no more strength to bring herself to her feet, she sighed, knowing she deserved it and laid on her side, she would spend the night here and come back to camp in the morning... she dragged herself under an elderberry bush to cover her from the elements and hoped but also feared someone would find her...

"Daisy, this is Whitekit. You can play with him, just don't make too much noise or fuss around. Stay in the clearing, alright? I'll have to go get raspberry, but if you want to come, four eyes are better than two!"

Feeling something stroke her belly, squeezes her eyes shut in pain. Crying out, she hears a low voice saying, "Sweetheart, I'm here." Mustering all her strength, she opens her eyes wide. "Mother? R-Ravenwing?"

"Now, now. Don't get distracted. You'll need your strength."

"My love, you'll be fine. Now where is that medicine cat, Rainheart?" says Ravenwing

"She-she went out to get herbs. I'm so tired, Ravenwing..." whispers Leaftail. :screeches:

"Here comes the first one. It's a tom!"

It's so beautiful she thinks, as she starts licking it. She sighs when it starts to cry.

"Now no dreaming off, there's more to come." says her mother as pain convulses Leaftail again.

"There's the second! And... It's a she-kit! The third is close behind."

"I can't! I'm so tired..."

"Yes, you can. You must!" urges Ravenwing. "Good. Good! Congratulations!"

Frostheart

Lying right outside the nursery, she hears a cry of pain. Rushing in to check on Leaftail, she sees that she has kitted to 3 kits, all by herself! "Leaftail! How-how- Do you need anything?" She needs water she hears. "What? Who is talking? Where are you?" Ravenwing appears in front of her. I did. he says. Leaftail needs water. Go!

"Springstar! Leaftail has kitted! A tom and two she-kits."

Springstar runs over. He purrs at the sight. " Congrats. " he whispers.

"Redfur! You're back! Leaftail has kitted. Come see them! They're very small though."

In the nursery...

"Leaftail? Redfur is here. Are you accepting visitors?"
