Cadence sprinted so hard, that her nimble legs couldnt take it. She tripped, falling face-first into the ground. The mountain lion growled, approching the tiny filly


Trixie trotted through the area, wanting to meet some new horses

Crimson finally got to the foal. She quickly got between the two and reared, whinnying in anger as she thrashed her hooves at the mountain lion.

The mountain lion growled, pinning its ears and stepping back. It snarled and ran away

Cadence looked on in fear. She gulped, probably knowing what would've happened if thiis mare hadn't come

[Miss Understood]

"Um... Daddy there is somthing important to tell you and mommy."Piton nickered.

Summer nodded.

Riley heard the noise and ran to it, finding a small filly fallen. He bucked, slamming his weight into the mountain lion.

The lion grabbed his neck and pulled, and Riley huffed. He somehow found the lion's belly and bucked it, the lion releasing his neck. Riley kicked the lion out of the way of the filly, and gave it one big kick on the rib cage, shattering the bones with one loud crack.

He pushed the corpse into a bush, hoping maybe hawks or ravens would find it. He trotted over to the filly. "Are you okay?"

[.Live.Love.Laugh.]

Star wind heard shrieks and snorted the sounds the cat made brought back his past he reared and snorted and said " Danser!"

Erinn nuzzled Basil they were now bonded. " you ok?"

Lacy heard the noise and whinnied loudly. She rears and said " Dixie! Erinn!" Dixie loped to her mother.

Cadence nodded and gulped, still very shaken. "Uh-hu" she said with fear in her voice and eyes. Her body was trembling.

Ceara grazzed quitly in the clearing. She had no friends, crush, or mate. Sunny seemd to have moved on now that she had found someone to be with. No one really noticed her anymore. The black mare blended in with the shadows, and that was kind of how she liked it now. But she really wanted more. Ceara looked up when the herd started to be more vocal then ussual and cocked her head. Her tail swished at an anoying fly that kept of pestering her.

[Hug-A-Bull]

Crimson lowered her head and nudged the foal gently, "Are you alright?" She asked softly. Her tone was sweet and motherly.

Rusty looked confused, "What is it Piton?" He asked calmly.

Danser ran to Star Wind. "Star, Star, calm down, it's just a mountain lion. Riley's killed it."

Avery ran to find her dad, and went under his belly. She quietly sniffed his belly. Maybe he had milk under there...

Basil smiled. "Of course, my mate. I think your mom's calling you. I should go find my dad."

Dmitri went to Lacy, hoping Erinn would find them. He knew she was with Basil.

Jasper, River and Riley went back to gather with the herd.
