"Earlier today. I've already thrown up once; I think I might be sick," Doeleap meowed, staring at the ground in shame. She was a medicine cat; medicine cats weren't supposed to get sick!

"Well, if you need a break maybe Dawnpaw can take over for a bit, I can help round if you need some extra paws when I'm not busy," Ebonyfire said, smiling.

Doeleap smiled. "Yes, I suppose Dawnpaw could take over," she murmured. "Dawnpaw! Come here, I need you for something."

Dawnpaw bounded over to Doeleap and Ebonyfire, "Hi Doeleap, hi Ebonyfire, glad to see you're better! What do you need me to do, Doeleap?" she asked her mentor.

"Well.. I think I might be sick," Doeleap meowed. "Could you take over for a bit? Just until i've gotten better?"

"Oh of course Doeleap! I'd be happy to take over from you, I hope you get better soon. Do you need me to get any herbs? Do you need anything if you are feeling sick?" Dawnpaw asked.

"It's odd, really. I can't think of a sickness that would make me feel nauseous; maybe I'm just having an off day." Doeleap meowed.

Dawnpaw thought for a moment, "Well, ummm, I might be able to think of one thing, but, I might be wrong" she said. (Is it okay if Dawnpaw figures out that Doeleap is pregnant?)

"I-I don't think herbs will make it go away. Doeleap, I think you are...pregnant," Dawnpaw said, rather nervously.
