Ears suddenly jerking up, he had sworn he could definitely hear the faint growling of a fox not too far from where he was, Rainstorm had went fishing when he wasn't mentoring Palepaw, but it seems his short fishing trip was interrupted with more serious matters. With a flick of his ear his tail twitched before it hooked from the noticable danger ahead, quickly dashing forward his eyes had stilted trying to circle the scent before making a quick stop as he slowed down his running. Ears alert before hiding the fish under a bush and covering it in mud to hopefully bury its scent before moving carefully towards the danger, tail rippling as his long pointy ears flattened, crouching down as he spotted the fox's vibrant red pelt as it was wandering the camp, this quickly made his tail start bobbing. Running in would be dangerous, by it's close coming a patrol won't be too far from coming, for now, watching it would be wise. the sleek tom thought to himself as he quietly followed where the fox was heading from a safe distance.
