A large, thick-furred black and white figure suddenly sprung up onto the rather tall, wooden fence. Fluffy gaped open her mouth in a long yawn of boredom, before sitting down, her piercing gaze scanning the unknown territory before her. The Kittypet often wondered what it would be like to live out there, in the woods. She knew what it was like to live on the streets, which she is thankful for her owners for helping her get back on her paws, and now has a warm home and food whenever she wants it, but sometimes she thought it would be nice to sleep out in the open, the cool breeze running through her warm pelt. Fluffy etched her sharp claws into the wood, and stared down at the forest.

Ferncloud purred with pride as she responded, "Blossomkit and Tigerkit." She looked at the nursery, chuckling softly. "They're a pawfull for sure, but I'm sure they'll be great warriors one day." She turned her gaze back to Scarfang.

Blossomkit purred in content, nodding her head towards Ferncloud across camp. Her big blue eyes turned to meet Echofall's, and she cocked her head to the side slightly.

Tigerkit stumbled out of the nursery, looking around camp. His gaze locked on the entrance/exit, and an idea sparked. He looked around to see who was watching before slowly creeping in that direction.

xxxxxxxx The tom closed his eyes, enjoying the breeze that passed by. It seemed as a warning of things to come, leaf-bare soon to approach. Lucas was happy to have owners with such a warm nest. True, they were a bit... overbearing, at times, but he genuinely cared for them and was happy to live there in general. Despite this, he couldn't help feel like he was meant for something bigger. He'd been feeling that way for quite some while, and not just in that moment. That moment had started with a simple visit to his owners' backyard. The yard was more of a field, with twoleg "shacks" scattered about it for purposes he didn't know. There used to be a large metal web containing chickens, too, but his owners gave them away. Around the yard were pines, standing tall in every direction but south. Lucas was free to journey to his heart's content, but he hadn't gone into the pines. Was it fear of the unknown that stopped him? Or something else? He didn't know. He stood up, his amber eyes staring intently at the trees. He had to find out what was out there.

The kittypet gave out a long, deep sigh of boredom, her piercing yellow eyes fixed on the forest before her. She felt something strange stir inside of her, she didn't know what it was, though. The mysterious looking forest before her seemed to draw her in, tempting her to venture out into the next world.
She had often heard stories the other kittypets spoke of, about the Clan of Wild Cats in the forest. Again, her instincts triggered as she perked up her silky ears, straining them in an effort to hear any scrabbling of prey on the forest floor. Nothing. Or maybe she wasn't trying hard enough. But anyways, she continued on to glare at the woods, before drawing in her breath, and giving herself a thorough wash. The black and white pelted feline rose to her large paws, sheathing her claws, before leaping down the fence, onto the other side of it. She slowly made her way forward, slightly taken aback with the myriad of many different scents hitting her.

xxxxxxxx Taking a step forward, he questioned himself. What if there were horrible, awful monsters hiding beyond the treeline? Creatures he couldn't even fathom, so sinister and dark that they would take the life of anything to come near them? The thought shook Lucas a bit. Fear of the unknown wasn't uncommon to him, but he urged himself farther. Approaching the pines, he sniffed the air. Lucas couldn't smell any other cats around, or anything else at all, for that matter. It seemed it was simply himself and the trees that towered above him. He became braver at that moment, walking steadily past the treeline and into a territory unknown to him.

Yelloweye//Open
Yelloweye reluctantly stood from her softly padded den. Despite her growing age, she still enjoyed walks in the forest alone. It reminded her of her life before Pineclan. Even before Redclaw. She could feel a slight breeze ruffling her thick fit as she walked. In the distance, twoleg territory poked out through the trees. She sighed, recalling her past housefolk. They had been so kind. But she was a clan cat now. And her only loyalty was to the clan.

Fluffy slowly began to feel more comfortable in the forest, her instincts slowly kicking in as she drew in all the crisp, fresh unknown scents, ears pricking up in alert, straining to hear a sign of prey. She unsheathed her rather long, sharp claws, kneading them into the ground in anticipation before picking up her pace a bit as she padded further. She gave out a content sigh as she felt the cool breeze going through her pelt. 'So this is what those wild cats feel like.. free.' She thought to herself. The Kittypet made her way deeper into the thick, dense woodland.

The dark grey she-cat threaded lightly through the forest, taking in her surroundings. The odd bird chirped, and rustled in the trees. She breathed in the crisp air slowly. The forest was a truly nice place.

The thick-pelted, black and white kittypet cautiously made her way into the dense forest foliage, the leaves brushing against her fur, the odd plant or bug getting stuck in her pelt as she walked against branches or grass. She felt the fallen leaves crunch underneath her paws, and froze as she heard the scuffling of tiny paws dart away. She continued on, slightly stunned at how big the forest actually was. From the roof of her two-leg nest, it looked small, yet being inside it, makes her feel as small as a mouse. Her long claws unsheathed, sinking into the uneven terrain as she slowly picked her pace up, wanting to find out more about the forest. Her long white whiskers quivered as she inhaled the scents, trying to pick one away from the other, trying to think what each one belonged to. She blinked, slightly in confusion as she thought she could smell another feline.
