Sunbeam

The sun colored she-cat woke up in a soft nest of moss and leaves. She was in the side cave for the warriors. Her nest was beside Jaywing's and she could hear his breathing beside her. She got up and walked through the tunnel. She emerged into the main cave. It was very warm in the camp even in a cold season in leaf bare. But the kill pile was still low. Maybe when he was awake she could ask Jaywing if he would like to go hunting with her.

Jaywing--> tom ~ 18 moons ~ warrior ~ camp
Jaywings ear twitched when he felt and heard Sunbeam get up and walk out of the den. Why did she have to get up so early? He sighed his eyes still closed and rolled on his back lashing his tail thinking if he should get up or not. Finally he heard his belly grown and opened his eyes and bending over his front paws that were on his chest to look at his belly, the thing let out another growl and Jaywing put his head back down and sighed observing the den upside down. Hm.. well I guess some morning hunting exercise wouldn't hurt.. If we'll be lucky enough to catch anything that is." The tom rolled back on his belly and stood up stretching his paws on the way out. [i] Who is on the morning patrols anyway? he said observing the den seeing that most cats were still asleep.

Webgaze --> tom ~ 98 moons ~ deputy ~ outside camp
Webgaze was padding to the cave exit to check how the weather was. He knew they were running low on food and was worried that the weather was not on their side. Being on higher ground it was normal that the leaf-bare was a bit longer than normal, but this year it seemed to Webgaze that it's going to be even longer. Padding out he sighed seeing that there has been new snow. He stepped out and the snow was up to his belly. "Great.." he growled and shook his head. It would be dangerous to go out now, snow was falling from the branches and that could easily kill a cat. They were doing good so far but the food would be starting to be a real problem. The grey tom turned around and just hoped that no cat would get sick. He let out one more growl remembering that he forgot to organize the morning patrols.

Sunbeam

She decided to go outside. The snow was falling in sheets and she nosed her way out of the camp the rocky overhang sheltering her for a little but before she stepped out into the slow. It chilled her belly fur and she growled at the thought of needing to tug it out later. The snow seemed to form snowballs on her fur that hurt to get out. But she kept on going. Maybe she could create a patch for the hunting patrol. Cats hard to eat what they could in these thin seasons. She looked around seeing the little cave in the ground. It was a hole that might be filled with snow. She saw the ears of a hare and crouched down. That was so lucky! She had not seen a hare for a long time! It would feed the clan well. She began to stalk closer her tail low to the ground. Then she bounced. She quickly snapped the rabbit's spine. It was thin but would feel her starving clanmates. She put it back in the hole and kicked snow over it. She could come back for it later after hunting some more.

Asterlight was huddled up inside of the warriors' den, her frame thin from the lack of food and her eyes drawn from malnutrition. The sable she-cat exhaled shallowly, her breath visible as it vaporized into the frigid leafbare air. She drew her tongue over a white forepaw, struggling to receive the heat she so terribly needed from her mossy nest. A few heartbeats later, the young warrior raised to her paws, tail lashing as she padded into the clearing, making her way toward the apprentices' den.
