"Like I'm going to take orders from an apprentice!" He scoffed.
"I can do whatever I want without having an apprentice manage me." He snarled.

Cloverstar-

"I see you're back." She said padding over to Fataldash and Sunpaw.
"Cloverpaw get some prey for Lily and Darksun since you have nothing else
to do." She ordered.

Having gotten up a few moments earlier, Maplepaw heard Fataldash's remark, and she stepped out of the den, being careful not to disturb Phillip. "Hey, you could learn a thing or two from Cloverpaw, you know," Maplepaw said defensively. "Maybe if you weren't always trying to claw other cats' faces off, you could make a few friends in the clan." Despite being nervous of being scolded by Fataldash or even another warrior, she stood up straight and looked Fataldash in the eye with confidence. "And just because you want power doesn't mean you have to control every single cat you meet," Maplepaw said quieter so only he could hear. Maplepaw may not know his true intentions, but she was very good at picking up cues. "Don't think I'm not on to you." Maplepaw licked Cloverpaw's ear in hopes to comfort her a little, then she turned and padded back to the medicine den.

Sunpaw glared at Fataldash," Watch what you say to my sister." She hissed before dipping her head to Cloverstar," Yes we are, Fataldash had taught me some useful tricks." She mewed cheerfully

Cloverpaw frowned, she felt horrible as she saw Maplepaw stick up for her, she smiled slightly after the medicine cat apprentice left and nodded to Cloverstar," I will do that!" She mewed softly before padding over to the fresh kill pile

Fataldash-

"I am not going to take orders from apprentices. Apprentices should
be taking orders from the higher ranks. I can say whatever I want to you sister." He
snarled under his breath so Cloverstar couldn't hear him.

Cloverstar-

"That's good,
I think you're almost ready to become a warrior." She meowed heading to her den.

Lily
She flattened her ears and looked back at the wall of the den. The loner felt a bit guilty since she has done similar things, but she wasn't about to open up to this cat. She wished she could get out of here.

Darksun glanced up at the she-cat's reaction. "Sorry, I didn't mean to offend you," he stated, then sighed. "And I'm sorry the clan has treated you so badly so far."

Sunpaw's eyes glittered as she heard that, she purred for a second before snapping back at her mentor," No you can't, and if you were to say something to her it should be nicer!" She spat," Cloverpaw is easy to hurt, and your not her mentor so I don't need you telling her what to do so rudely." She hissed

Cloverpaw padded out to the fox den with two pieces of prey, her paws were cautious as she approached the area," Darksun?" She mewed

She heard the sound of some cats talking which woke her up. She looked outside the medicine den to see Fataldash with a mean look near some apprentices. She had slightly overheard some sentences and just barely made them out. She walked up to them, "Fataldash! Leave them alone. I can see Lily's reasons to call you rat-face." She snapped at him.

Lily
"I appreciate your apology. It's nice to see that at least one of the 'clan' cats seems to care," she replied quietly. Then a small part of the den collapsed falling on the loner. Even if it was just a small layer of dirt the dust got everywhere. Lily sat up, coughed a few times from the dust in the air, and then sneezed.

Fataldash-

"Do you think I care what a few foolish cats call me?
I can do whatever I need to do-- er-- whatever I want to do.
I don't need to be nice to anyone, I don't care if anyone is hurt or not
by my words. I speak them with no regret." His hissed scowling while he padded towards the
hunting grounds.
