Once Yellowpaw reached the log she wrinkled her nose at the smell. She slowly approached it and started to rub against the dead part but lightly to where she won't get splinters.

Startled, he jumped a little, but recovered quickly as if it didn’t happen. He was going to hiss something rude but decided not too since he was enjoying his time with the kits. " The fox shook me off, but I slashed at it's side near the belly," he meowed swiping at BirchFlight in the same spot he described playfully.
