The reddish tom's heart stopped, but then he relaxed as Ashfeather had argued with Emberlight. That was close! He continued to jump from branch to branch, following his siblings and watching them carefully.

Marigoldpaw

The young she-cat gave a light purr as Ashlight groomed her. New determination had sparked inside her ever since her mother had informed her about SalmonClan taking her in, she was desperate to see her mother's old friends! She swished her tail around from side to side happily as her ginger-and-black fur shined in the sunlight, and her white eyes shining with curiosity.

Redstar

Redstar flattened his ears, knowing what he had to do. "Alright, this will hurt a lot, but it'll be over quick." He sighed. He nudged Mintkit away gently, giving him room. He treated it like a thorn, clamping his teeth over the pebble and giving a hard tug. In a few moments, the pebble came out of Cherrykit's paw, red with blood. He raced over to the Medicine Den and returned in seconds with some cobwebs. He dressed them over the wound until it stopped bleeding through. He nuzzled his kit affectionately, soothing her pained yowls.

Lilacfall

The whitish she-cat licked her kits' heads, smiling. "Alright, go on! This is your big day." Lilacfall mewed, purring. She stepped back a little bit, giving them some space so they could go and receive their apprentice names.

Crescentkit

The bengal she-cat perked her ears. She was secretly afraid of being apprenticed. What if she got a mean mentor? It was clear that the warriors disliked she and her siblings, considering they were a complete disgrace to the warrior code. She gave a nervous look to her siblings, her jade green eyes shining with worry.

Dace

He dipped his head to the striped Tom, curling his tail neatly around his paws. He gave a blank look to Hydra before padding outside of the den, the sky beginning to darken. It was still pretty light out, but he could see the faintest hints of violets and darker blues streaking across the sky, signaling that night was upon them. He decided he'd watch the sun go down, and then get some rest.

Lionkit

The gray tom flattened his ears as his sister squealed. He didn't like the sound of pain, it made it feel like there were stones in his belly. He padded over to Cherrykit cautiously once it was done, shuttering slightly.

Cherrykit stoped wailing, but sniffled here and then. She gingerly lifted up her paw, not letting it touch the ground. She purred at Lionkit. "It's ok, you didn't do it, fuzzyhead. I did with my stupidness." She smiled and returned the Redstar, snuggling her father with affection.
