"Don't worry about that silly ol' thing!" She said, "Look at the bright side, your skilled, even if your leg is broken." She said, trying to comfort him. When they reached camp, she saw Maplestar and Swallowpaw and padded over, "Are you doing the deputy ceremony?" She asked politely.

Someone we like to call Thunderbreeze. (I keep doing tigerbreeze because of Tigerstripe ewe)

"Oh, sure." Thunderbreeze smiled happily. I'll show you an easy one first." He left his claws sheathed. Thunderbreeze started explaining the move and demonstrating it on some things. Then he beckoned for Dappledpaw to try.

Maplestar stepped into camp, "Is everyone here?" She mumbled to herself, asking no one in particular. "Nightfall?" She called as she spotted the tom talking with Mintwhisker. She had a slight smirk as she approached him, "Having fun with your mate?" She teased before putting on a serious face. "I was going to ask, would you like to be deputy? Since Batpaw was once your apprentice before... And you've got a good spirit and you're slowly building up confidence." She paused, "Your leg is only a minor set back... I was wondering whether you'd like Rippletail to help you with that? She has experience with working with disabilities." She stated.

Nightfall looked at Maplestar for a second. "Of course I'd like to be the deputy!" he purred. "And I'd be more than happy to have Rippletail helping me." he mewed with a bit more serious face.

Swanfoot looked back at Goldenfur. "D-Do you want to go see Tortoiseheart's kits?" Swanfoot asked, shyly. She lightly flicked her tail at Tortoiseheart, watching her tell her kit something.

She frowned at Maplestar and said, "We're not mates, we.." She paused, she couldn't say friend, they had both admitted that they liked each other, but weren't mates. "Oh, never mind." She whispered. When Nightfall said, 'More than happy' her heart stopped and she sat down quickly. Trying to keep from blurting to the clan.

Tigerstripe blushed a bit and looked at her. "You should hurry up and eat , we have to get back before the clan starts worrying were we are." He said almost in a mumble. He didn't want to leave but he did have to go back, they both had to go back and do their warrior duties. loved spending time with his new mate, we should do this again but with the kits he though.
