he smirked. "yes, I am tired!" he purred with a roll of his eyes as she pawed him. he rolled out from underneath her then shot up with a smirk. "I'm sure I could beat you wrenstar!" he meowed playfully. he lowed his paws and stuck his rump in the air, wanting to play. he knew they were acting like kits, but they were having fun. weren't they? "I bet you can't put a paw on me!" he purred. he remembered when he was a young kit, he used to always play like this with his other littermates. he let out a side ways smile at the memories.

she let out a small growl as her apprentice landed on her back. she forced herself to stay on her four paws and she shook, trying to fling her off.

Wrenstar smiled at Sandstripe's actions, for it had brought back memories of Wrenstar's apprenticeship and her kithood, back when she would tackle and play-fight with almost everyone. Now that she was the leader, she was expected to be mature and responsible, but that was no fun now was it? The light brown tabby sprung forward with a playful 'mrowr' batting at Sandstripe's paws as if the two were kits again.

"Yeah," Jackalflight mewed with a slight nod, "they can be sometimes." The she-cat lifted up a paw and licked it, smoothing down a piece of fur on her shoulder that had been ruffled by the wind. "Well, err, let's just say the worst of them would be the entire clan going up in flames." The she-cat shuddered slightly at the memory and tucked her paw back in beneath her tail, which was still wrapped around herself.

Rainnose let out a quiet sigh of relief that the rouge wasn't being difficult any longer. "Alright, c'mon. The camp is this way," The tom mewed, flicking his tail towards the direction of where StormClan's camp reside. "I can help you carry you're kits if you like." She asked, though she knew the protective mother would probably decline with an added growl.

After a bit, Junipershadow returned to camp with his couple pieces of prey hanging from his jaws. The tom padded over to the fresh-kill pile and set the pieces of prey down along with the rest.

Stonepaw let out a quiet yawn and got to his paws, shaking the bits of moss and dust out of his gray fur. "Alright, alright I'm up." He mewed. The tom glanced towards the den exit, where the angle of the sun was causing it to shine right into most of the dens, one of those being the apprentice's den.

Alderpaw held on to her mentor as much as she could, but considering she couldn't use her claws to latch on, the apprentice quickly fell off of Brambletail's back. The apprentice quickly righted herself so she was standing on four paws and crouched down, waiting for her mentor's next move.

he let out a playful growl as she pawed him. he quickly shot out of the way, quickly but gentle battered her left ear. he leaped back with a smirk. "can't ketch me!" he purred challenganly. he knew that his eyes sparkled and he could feel his heart racing, his stomach flipping as they played. he wanted to tell her how much he loved her, though knew it would take some time. that was just how the tom was.

"I'm sure I can!" The she-cat responded to his challenge in a teasing tone of voice. "I beat you here didn't I!" This was the most fun that the leader had in moons. She felt like it was expected of her to be leader-like and mature, so it's fun to the she-cat to just play around for once. Wrenstar darted towards the tom once more, in an attempt to do what she had done before, but correctly this time.

Usually this would be difficult, but considering they were just recently born, they were small enough to carry in groups. "This way." The tom mewed through the kits' fur, flicking his tail towards the direction of camp. He turned and headed towards the camp, the three kits slightly swaying in his grasp.

Alderpaw's tail began to swish back in forth in anticipation for her mentor's next move. C'mon Brambletail. She thought to herself. The she-cat began to glance around nervously, trying to guess what the older she-cat was doing. What? She's just staring at me. Is she looking for weaknesses? Is she. Alderpaw stopped herself. Calm down, she's doing this purposely, to psych you out. The she-cat darted forward and began bounding in circles as quickly as she can around the she-cat, recalling a move she had learned a bit ago.

"okay, okay you caught me!" he purred, then quickly licked her cheek with a small blush. he didn't know if he was allowed to give his leader a quick lick, but did it anyway.

Wrenstar couldn't help but let out a laugh, closing her eyes for a second or two. When she opened them a moment later, she felt Sandstripe lick her cheek and couldn't help but blush slightly. The she-cat leaned forward, touching noses with the tom for a second before backing up. "We should probably hunt now." The she-cat mewed with a grin across her muzzle. "We can't act like kits all day."

Alderpaw missed her mentor's paw by less than half a mouse tail as she darted in circles around her. That was close. The she-cat thought. The apprentice continued running in circles for a bit in an attempt to dizzy or tire Brambletail out. Alderpaw quickly turned in the midst of running and lunged at her mentor, hoping to hit her with enough force to at least make her stumble.

"okay, okay lets go hunt. though, don't you have a deputy to appoint?" he asked, then quickly shut his jaws not wanting to make her feel like she had to do something. "if you want to hunt, lets go!" he meowed awkwardly.
