rainwhisker padded outside, lashing her tail. it was her job to find some more rogues to bring into the clan for thunderstar. ever since the disease wiped out so many of whisperclan's cats, it had been hard to find rogues willing to join. she picked up the scent, it was about four cats. she peeped around a corner to see a cream she-cat with blue eyes, a silver tabby shecat with blue-green eyes, a yellow tabby tom with sandy-amber eyes, and a sand colored tom with green eyes. she overlooked them before padding over to them. "hello, i am rainwhisker, the deputy of whisperclan. we need new recruits, i was wondering if you would like to join." she meowed. the cream shecat bounced on her toes. "i'd love to! i'm rose, this is my brother fire, and these are our friends, creek and sand. they're really nice, come on guys, this could be fun!" rose meowed. the others looked around and shrugged. "why not?" fire murmured. "yay! come on, let's go with her!" rose crowed. creek and rose padded after rainwhisker, fire and sand stayed towards the back but kept padding after them until they got into the territory.

maple padded through the forest, looking for something to do.

as he watched rainwhisker pad out of camp he nodded to himself. looking around, he didn't saw really any other cat. taking a deep breath he unleashed his claws and scratched them on some ash tree bark to make them sharper. thunderstar often did this when he was bored, or just for fun. he watched his claws weave around the bark with satisfaction. as he looked up he padded off of the high-rock, picking up four new scents as he padded closer to the camp entrance. good job rainwhisker... he thought quietly. he sat right outside the camp entrance, with his claws still out. as he scratched them in the dirt he kept looking up, wondering when the five cats would soon get here. he smiled gently to himself.

rainwhisker padded into camp, dipping her head to thunderstar as rose, creek, fire, and sand followed behind her. she turned to the other cats. "this is thunderstar, the leader of whisperclan. again, i am his deputy." she turned to thunderstar. "the cream shecat is rose, the silver shecat is creek, the yellow tom is fire, and the cream tom is sand. they wish to join the clan." she meowed, dipping her head. rose looked around, noticing that creek was staring at thunderstar.

creek stared at thunderstar, her pretty blue-green eyes shimmering. he's handsome! she thought, flicking her ear. r-really handsome... she blushed softly, looking up at the leader.

maple wandered through the forest, looking around. she had never been so lost before. she didn't care though, she just went wherever her paws took her.

he nodded with a small smile at his deputy then saw creek staring at him, blushing. he flicked an ear. are you just going to stare at me or talk? he meowed evenly with amusement at creek. anywyas, welcome to whisperclan. as I can tell you wish to join? he meowed. he was going to tell them not to mess with the cats, or they could claw your ears off after they talked back. he smiled lightly to himself as creek continued to stare.
