Spottedstar stared at the camp entrance. Someone was definately calling for help. She looked around frantically, and ran out of the camp twords the yowling. The scent of blood filled her nostrils. "Oh no!" Spottedstar gasped. Brokenclaw was lying on the ground unmoving, with a giant gash on his side. Windfur was weakly padding twords her. "I'm too late..." Spottedstar whispered, barely audible. She gazed at Windfur. "I'm sorry I didn't come earlier. I thought my brain was tricking me when I heard a yowl. I- I'm so sorry..." Spottedstar sighed.

She looked at her leader, she looked at Brokenclaw and back at spottedstar, I its okay I'm sure starclan is happy now she said holding back tears

Spottedstar rested her tail-tip on Windfur's shoulder. "Let's take him back to camp." she said, getting a little teary-eyed.

She tried pulling Brokenclaw back with the rest of her strength

Spottedstar padded over to Brokenclaws unmoving body. She hauled him upwards, and shot Winfyr a sympathetic glance.
