The kit doesn't hear him, fallen into a deep sleep.

He sighs, "Will you raise it to do good?" He felt a connection to the kit, and continues to lick it.

The kit is still deeply asleep, enjoying the sleep it's needed for so long after being attacked and chased again and again.

He sighs, licking the kit. "Fine. What will you name the kit?"

suddenly it clicked, the scent from earlier was a Badger! when she felt the creature watching her she just panicked and ran..... this was bad, a badger on snow clan territory?

Moonstar, the leader of Snowclan woke up from her long sleep. She walked outside and breathed in the fresh air. She decided to check on her clan and see if there were any problems that she could fix.

The kits golden patches that mark his fluffy tail, left ear, and along his back seem to work prefectly with this new name. Of course, the Gold is obscured by blood and tattered fur, but it'll be shown as soon as he can wash. He lets out a small mew as he's lifted, pawing for shadywhisker with a confused look.
