"Thank you." Jadepaw said, thinking for a moment. I do need help, but from this cat? Who left just as Mapleleaf had? I have Tinyfang now, although he wasn't ever a medicine cat. she thought. "Why did you leave?" She asked, puzzled. Maybe Mapleleaf had had a similar reason. Mapleleaf always seemed fond of me and my brothers. Not my sisters.. she thought.

Amandine went inside the log and glanced at Mathias. She then settled down in the moss she had laid down before, and scooted over for Mathias. "What should we do now?" She asked, as they were alone in the darkness.. Or were they?

Tinyfang listened to the she cats conversation and gave a small growl at it. "So Silverstar ignores me huh? She knows I've always wanted to be a medicine cat. Me becoming a warrior was just some damn luck because I can't hunt, fight, track, or do anything right except healing!" The small warrior snapped as he approached them.

"I don't know. Since I heard I twig snap I'll defend this log. Another cat or just some prey, I'll shred it to bits.@ the Dane growled. "No one messes with the King of Scandinavia and his Queen." He added on in a low voice.

He gave a nod before taking the prey that was in their out. "You may take first pick." The Dutch informed Goldenheart with a purr. He usually traded prey wih others and once he pampered it up on his own he traded it for more prey then he got it in. This is how Jag got lots of prey since he wasn't the best hunter.

Amandine nuzzled the tom. "I don't think anything is here, maybe just prey." She said calmly. Prey? a voice in her head mocked. Only it wasn't her voice. The voice sounded familiar but it was just in her head. No cat had actually spoke. I'm just getting used to not being alone anymore. she told herself.

Graypelt looked at Jadepaw "Well I guess there is nothing wrong with me telling you why, I did the one thing a medecine cat is never allowed to do, I got a mate and two kits with him" she explained "Silverstar decided to do the only right thing and gave over the role as Medecine cat to Mapleleaf, I had nowhere to go so I went to live with my mate to raise our kits somewhere where they wouldn't get judged because of their parents" she continued "My kits are all grown up now and are taking care of themselves, so I returned to my rightful place, I knew that I wont be the medecine cat ever again but this is my home I could never leave it forever" she added looking at the she-cat to see if she was following "I am lucky enough that I got an opertunity to teach someone about my medecine skills, however I cant force you to listen I just wish that you would let me help you be the best medcine cat Sunclan has had, hopefully you wont do the same mistake I did, however I don't regret it love is something you cant control" she finished, she wouldnt tell her that Mapleleaf also had kits, she wasn't the one to reveal such a thing not to Mapleleafs kit herself that was Mapleleafs decision if she would tell them or not.

Goldenheart looked at Jag "Are you sure, well alright then" she meowed withour waiting for a reply she picked out a medium sised shrew from the pile

"Yah yah enough about your story. Tell me why Silverstar choice you over me." Tinyfang snapped at Graypelt. His kitten fur flared up in anger and confusion. He didn't know why his leader picked this she cat. She was a rouge so her skills must be a little rusty. Compared to him, he had been training his skills sigh the rouge cats and he had been learning this stuff since he was two moons old. This she cat probably started to learn at five or six moons he assumed.

Jag gave a nod and when she picked out a piece of prey he put all the kill back before meowing, "You can eat. Don't feel bad about taking my prey, I can easily get more."

Mathias also heard the voice. He peaked his head out of the log giving a small snarl where he heard the voice Coke from or so he thought. "Wherever you are, come on out kitty! The King and Queen are waiting."

Jadepaw ignored Tinyfang. She liked him but her mind wasn't on him at the moment. "Is that why Mapleleaf left? Because she is my mother?" She questioned, putting each piece together. Luna and Stormtail were different breeds than she was. Mapleleaf was always around, or used to be anyways. Mapleleaf had always looked out for her until she had left. But is she really my mother? Or am I assuming too much? she questioned herself, regretting what she had said. If she isn't, who is?

Amandine looked out of the log and saw a slim, gray figure. It was partly faded and it hissed, lunging at them. Before it came in contact with them it vanished. Amandine realized the figure had looked like Blade. Was it Blade? she thought. "She's gone now." She commented quietly. "Blade.." She whispered. Blade must have been back to get revenge. She must have known I never liked her, or something. she thought as she stepped back in the comfort of the log. "Why is she coming after us?" She asked Mathias, puzzled.

Goldenheart just gave a short nod "I will make sure to hunt so I distribute too" she meowed before she tok a bite of the shrew "Arent you going to eat anything?" she asked Jag

Graypelt looked at Tinyfang "I dont know why, go ask Silverstar she is the only one who can say why" Graypelt replied to him before she turned back to Jadepaw "I dont know why Mapleleaf left the clan, but I hope it is for a good reason" she replied not awnsering her second question

Jadepaw's ears laid flat against her head. "I just wanted the truth." She said in a low growl, not meaning to get aggressive but it was instinct. "Wouldn't you?" She asked. "Is she or is she not?" She asked in a low voice.

"It's Blade alright. If she's out for revenge onus then we have to get out of here." Mathias muttered before turning back to Amandine. "Quick, we have to get to the safety of the other rouges before she finds us." He whispered very quietly before nudging the she cat out of the log to start running.

"I'm going to give her a good yapping of my mouth. Damn that she cat." He snarled before storming out of the den and started to wonder around. Tinyfang didn't see her so he just followed the small trail of her scent to find the leader. Eventually he found her and stormed on over.

"If you say so." He muttered at her first statement. Jag then started to groom his fur up before meowing, "I don't eat sometimes. Keeps the food supply plenty just incase needed. I'm used to missing a meal or two a day actually." The Dutch explained.

Amandine stopped. "No." She said quietly. I'm not staying with other cats again. I promised I'd stay with you. If you leave then that's on you. she thought but didn't dare put a voice to her thoughts. "Not to the other cats." She added quietly as she looked at her paws.
