Moonsong narrowed her eyes playfully. "Have you ever been fishing at the beach?" she asked Icepaw. That was where Moonsong wanted to take her apprentice to hunt to next. Fishing had always been Moonsong's favorite thing to do. She wanted to check to see if the dogs were still there as well as hunt some fish.

Icepaw shook her head "No! I'd love to learn how to fish!" she purred, her tail flicking excitedly behind her.

Moonsong nodded happily. She was expecting Icepaw to say no because as her mentor, Moonsong had never been to the beach to teach her how to fish yet. She raised her eyebrow. "Well then, I'm just going to have to teach you how aren't I? But do be aware that the dogs were recently spotted at the beach by Lightningfoot and Loyalwing." Moonsong meowed. She remembered seeing Lightnibgfoot's broken leg. "Maybe that's not a very bright idea to go to the beach..." she murmered so that her apprentice couldn't possibly hear.

Icepaw nodded, her ears flicking forward alert for noise but there was a hop in her step. As she did her best not to act like a kit, she watched the birds flitting through the trees "I wonder what it would be like to fly." she mused, her tail tip twitching.

Skypaw nodded and raced away. She raced through the bushes surrounding the training area and came up from behind Shadowpool, leaping on his back.

Stormclaw watched after the she-cat without knowing what to do. He flicked his ear. I'll probably only make things worse. he thought as he walked back to camp. "Sprucewind?" He called as he entered camp.

He let out a fake roar, as she leapt on him. After a few heartbeats, he rocked from side to side, preparing to throw her off.

She raised her head, and looked around from her corner. "Huh? Yes?" She called to whoever said her name.

Moonsong sighed softly, not wanting to scare Icepaw. "I just want to keep you safe... so we'll fish from the beach some other time. For now, we'll just continue hunting in the forest." she declared.

"Hey.. Sorry I left earlier." Stormclaw said. "I wasn't sure what was wrong with WaterFrost, or what to do." He said.

Skypaw leaped off of the tom and spun around in a defense position like he said to do.

He decided to test her skills. "Think fast!" He yowled, leaping at her.

Sprucewind
She shrugged, "Eh, it's okay. Stuff happens." She chuckled.

Icepaw's tail drooped as she glanced at her mentor "Oh, alright." she meowed, turning to follow Moonsong, she glanced back once more towards the beach, her ears dropping to the side.
