Rabbitfoot sat by his lonesome within the camp, day in and day out that's usually what he did unless it was "Oh, Rabbitfoot! We need you on patrol!" or "Oh, Rabbitfoot! Come help us catch some prey for the clan! Come on, it'll be fuuun!" And that seemed to be it. Sometimes Rabbitfoot would do things on his own, and today seemed to be that day when he got to his white and brown paws, taking one last look at the camp before departing. He'd go and hunt by his own self, without any other cats to bother him, and it'd be splendid.

Ravenbeak spotted Duskwish exiting the Warrior's den, she wished to interact with her den mate and she licked her jowls free of a bit of blood that tainted it from the prey she ate. Ravenbeak stiffly approached him, stretching briefly for a few seconds before straightening herself out. "Duskwish, did you just awaken?" the black she-cat asked, her yellow eyes curious. "Tsk, tsk, that's not any good..." Ravenbeak muttered more softly to him.

duskwish allowed his gaze to lift from his dark paws to the approaching she-cat, his acute ears peeling slightly as a yawn fought its way out of his maw. "yes, that I did." he replied briskly as he stepped beside her to swipe a cardinal off of the pile, intending on delivering it to his adopted daughter. "I am all too aware. the lack of sleep gets to you after a while." he explained casually, flicking his jet black tail briskly to rid it of the faint damp spray of the air.

She nodded to him. "I feel overworked, but I guess maybe it's because I'm not an Apprentice anymore, it gets to you, ya'know?" Ravenbeak mewed to the tom, watching as he pawed at a dull colored cardinal, indicating its female gender. "Is that for her?" Ravenbeak added on, making a slight gesture towards the Warrior's den where Robinshadow would be. "that's very sweet of you for her, it's a good thing you're looking out for her."

duskwish nodded, "I've been a warrior for quite a while now though. recently, it's been robinshadow's nightmares that have been keeping me up." the coal black tom explained to the female, nodding quietly as the feline inquired as to who the cardinal had been for. "thank you. I honestly didn't have a choice. It was either save her or leave her to die. though I love her all the same." duskwish murmured, waving his tail for her to stay put as he padded over to the warrior's den and set the female cardinal in his nest for the young she-cat before returning to join ravenbeak.

With Darkwind rudely reminding her verbally, she snorts and stands at the site of Dovepaw. As much as she didn't like toms or social encounters it was best to 'grin and bare it' as they say. After all, it was nothing personal and it would be hurtful for him to hear. "Glad to see you didn't sleep in on such a fine day." She mews, approaching her apprentice.
