he looked around camp, not spotted any cat really interested for him to talk to. when hollystorm gets back, I'll talk to her! he vowed to himself. he kept grooming, though he wanted a cat to talk and interact with. he sighed quietly, but kept grooming himself.

she saw robinfoot pad towards her. her muscles tightened as the brute talked to her. m-me? I'm snowfall... she murmured quietly. she didn't look up from her mouse as she took another bite. her pelt burned with embarrassment as she talked to the tom. she didn't know what to say, and didn't want to say anything though she forced herself to.

Rabbitfoot suddenly remembered her name, it was almost shameful that he had to ask her her name just to remember it. "Yea, uh, sorry, I thought it was something like that, but I wasn't sure." He should've known, she had a white pelt, it would make sense. He decided to not dwell on the thought too much and could see she was as anti-social as he. "Have you, uh, done anything today? I mean, I know you were in the Warrior's den this morning." Rabbitfoot realized how that sounded and his fur grew tense on his body. "Er, not like that, I mean, I just noticed was all. I was wondering if you've been patrolling or hunting or anything."

The suggestion that Duskwish put out sounded promising. To go on some little swim with him would be delightful. She loved to swim, more than most cats, that was clear, most were not anywhere near interested in swimming since it was icky for some reason. No matter to her, she would do it. Ravenbeak gave a quick nod and a soft "mhm." to him while getting to her paws. "That sounds great, let's go!" Ravenbeak immediately felt caution and worry deprive her of any more eccentric emotions at that moment. What if something were to go wrong? What if one of them drowned? What if they were poisoned from the water, or some giant fish at them whole?

her pelt grew hot. err... no. though I wanted to join one. she meowed quietly, finishing her mouse. she swiped the bones to her left, she sat up, looking at her paws. wow. a cat forgot my name. she mumbled, loudly enough for robinfoot to hear as she looked down at her paws. she twitched her ears as she looked back up to robinfoot, a little more confident. okay, just be cool snowfall. you'll be fine! she thought to herself, though that didn't help her confidence.

As the clan cats woke, their chatting echoed off the walls of the gorge, pulling rookpaw from her slumber. The molly's eyes fluttered open and she lay there for a moment, letting them adjust to the morning light before heaving herself to her paws. Once, she realized how much she had slept in, she began to worry. It wasn't like her to be late for anything. 'Rookpaw, you doormouse!" she meowed to herself, quickly making her way around the nests and out of the den. Her yellow gaze scanned the clearing and she breathed a sigh of relief when she saw no sign of real activity, then took a seat in the clearing. She had been so worried about missing training or a patrol, that she hadn't even bothered to fix her pelt that was ruffled from sleep.

"Yeah, well.... well..... Whatever! Let's just hunt, okay?" Hollystorm replied, unable to come up with a good comeback. She perked her ears and sniffed the air to find something else that she could catch, wanting to redeem herself after the failed attempt on the mouse. Pfff.... I'll show him. I'm as good a hunter as any cat and i can surely catch twice as much prey as him! The dark ginger molly thought. Somehow, she always made things into a compitition and, never liked to lose.

"Simple compliment, take or leave it all the same to me." Cursing her social skills under her breath, not sure how she should feel about his normal attitude. "I was thinking meadow. You've had a few moons of training now and with the chance of rabbit there it would be good to test your agility and stalking."

He smiles lightly seeing Rookpaw emerge from the den looking the way she did, he admired the youthful cats any day. Next he notes Rabbitfoot and Snowfall, aware the she-cat was about as social as a fox when it came to other clan cats. The tom was unsure what caused such feelings, but he was too afraid to question anyone about it.

Watching Hushpad walk away, the tom was once again by himself looking for something to do. Even if he didn't want to offer his work right now, the whole point of being a warrior was to offer up your labor. The apprentices seemed to excited to become warriors only to have more work then did in training, until they died anyway.

After some time, she managed to get two mice, one shrew and a vole! Though, they had all been old and slow, such easy prey that perhaps a brand new apprentice could have caught them, but she was still proud. The fae padded off and found Hazelstripe, stopping in front of him with a grin on her face, all signs of anger gone. "I think i'm done hunting for today. I'll be going to dig up my prey and bring it back to camp now. I may even need to make two trips" Hollystorm told him, sounding a little cocky.

Hazelstripe rolled his eyes, he had 2 plump birds, "I'll walk with you," he said, taking his prey in his mouth.

Hollystorm nodded, turning around and padding away to the area where she had buried her mice. She dug them up and took them in her jaws before going back to Hazelstripe so that she could walk beside him.
The whole way back to camp, she had her head and tail held high, making her self-confidence and pride quite evident. She went straight to the fresh-kill pile once she entered the gorge, where she placed her catches on the top and gave a purr of satisfaction.
