He dipped his head," Any cat would do the same." he insisted. He continued on checking the borders.

Following the she-cat over to the pile, he picked out a fresh starling out of the pile.

"I suppose." She smiled and kept walking

She grabbed a mouse and began to eat it.

Echolily;
"Fine, you?" she asked, sitting down as well, done checking borders.

Emberclaw;
He smiled lightly back.

"decent i guess" he meowed bored.
"I really want to go back to camp and sleep" he complained

he picked up a vole and tore into eat, enjoying his meal

"So," she meowed, searching for conversation.

"Same here," she meowed, gesturing with her tail towards the crow, 2 mice, and vole she caught.

"oh no thanks. i'll eat at camp or catch something for myself." he meowed.

looking up from his meal at the she-cats voice he noticed how nice her eyes were.
"you have very pretty eyes" he meowed simply and went back to his meal.
