Alaska squeaked. She shook in fear. She knew they were forbidden! Of course she knew. Her mother did not spare any of the details from her time with Alaska's father. She had told her daughter everything, as well as the other kits in her litter. Her ears pinned back once again. Her other litter mates had taken no interest in their mother's stories as kits. Alaska had been the only one that seemed to care. And look where that landed her! With two most likely hostile clan cats, in the middle of unknown territory, and nowhere near her Twoleg owners. What should she do? Make a run for it? She doubted she would make it very far.

she eyed her, still mad. it's okay, we won't hurt you. it isn't your fault. its your mother and father's! she meowed then ended with hissing. your birth is not tolerated in our clan, but we won't eat or kill you. she meowed, snarling edged her voice though. she looked at batclaw still bristling and her fur bushed up all the way.

Alaska nodded a little. She loved her mother. And she had never even met her father. She still did not say a word. She did not understand why loving another cat could possibly be bad? Especially if it did not get in the way of his warrior duties. He never gave her mother food. He had simply visited her. How could that be bad?

Alaska's heart rate picked up slightly in fear. Take her back? Why? What could they want with her?! "W-What kind of questions?" She stutters out nervously. She looks at the she cat and tom. The tom had something a little off about him. Not off in a bad way really. Just...strange. Then she realized it. He was blind! Of course!

she smelt her fear. when she caught her staring at batclaw she gave her a warning glance, not wanting to say it out loud or else it could offend him. don't worry, we won't capture you or anything... just some basic questions. she purred gently. okay, how old are you? in moons... she meowed, just in case kitty pets had a different way of telling age.

she watched as batclaw came to stand by her. she rested her tail on his shoulder and kept it there. for two reasons, one to be friendly and two to alert him just in case. she hoped he wouldn't take it the wrong way. she kept her gaze on the kitty pet, never braking contact of her moves. her claws were still unleashed, just in case. alaska's voice surprised her. was he a warrior? she asked gently, now wanting the answers badly. anger raged inside her but she kept her emotions inside. her face and eyes were calm, yet friendly but inside she was angry, worried, and surprised. she gently leaned on the tom hoping that he would get her message to stay calm.

he ran his chin under her's. his neck fur tingled as he touched her soft neck and chin. he slowly retreted with a smile, he had eon his job and would soon walk off to goursepaw to train.

She smiled, and sighed, eating the rest of the bird. She lounged beside Speckledfur, and lazily groomed her leg and paw. She was purring silently, enjoying the time she was spending just lounging around.
