"What do you mean, 'this sort of conversation'?" Lightbreeze dug her claws into the bark and gave him a skeptical yet guarded look. She had decided to ignore the first question.

"Well you asked who I was, then I ask you the same thing.... I don't know, I don't get to talk to other cats very much, I try to avoid them, actually." He replied, surprised that she had stuck around as long as she did.

Lilacpaw looked up from her grooming and gave him a quick lick on the nose. "Of course you'll be a warrior! Be patient. Plus, if you get bored here, you can always sneak out." She smirked.

"Hmm. I see. I am Lightbreeze of Windclan. And I avoide them too.....well, usually." She was surprised at herself for saying so much. Why am I still here? she asked herself, but still didn't budge from the branch.

Bumblepaw stared at Lilacpaw, "Incase you forgot", he meowed, "I kinda can't walk. Besides, if Hourstar found out that I'd snuck out, she'd never mentor me even if she wasn't busy. "

"Then why do you live in the clan?" Cantata asked, cocking his head. "Don't you prefer to be alone?" He looked out across the moor, in love with the beauty of it. "Or do you just prefer moor life of any other way of living?"

"Yeah, yeah. Okay. But sometimes it's fun to be rebellious." She smiled at him and curled her fluffy tail around her paws.

"I do prefer to be alone, but I love the clan life. It's nice to always know you've got someone else to back you up- and though I love solitude, I do get lonely. The moor is also quite beautiful, especially at sunset and sunrise." She jumped up onto the branch he was perched on and swept her gaze across the land. "I also love it at night, like right now. It looks so mysterious" she meowed quietly.

Tigerfur nodded and asked, "Do you have any advice for me? Old deputy to new? I'm happy that I was trusted with this job, but at the same time I feel a little overwhelmed."

"Advice, hmm." Hourstar thought for a moment, searching for valuable information that would support her new deputy. "You'd want to have patrols sent out frequently when you know there's danger. When there's danger, you need to be cautious, to ensure safety for your clan." She started. "Decision-making is an important virtue, whether you're deputy, leader, or not. Be careful for what decision you make. For example, if you make a decision without other's consent, or thoughts, not only would you be hated, but you could also be missing out with information you've should've gotten." Hourstar paused, thinking again. "Also, it's best if you stay away from battle. Would you want to lose your clan-mates' lives? Certainly not! Try to negotiate, and stay away from the worst possibility."

She nodded. "Sorry about that, by the way. I'm not sure why I decided to bother you." She smiled sheepishly. "I'll be on my way, I assume. Thank you for talking. It really is nice to find someone who understands."
