WolfClan - Open!~

The cats of the forest have separated and made a new clan, Wolfclan. These cats though are bigger and stronger. They are known for hunting together and their size, not just their body size, but their territory size too.

The leader's den is intertwined with the TallTree, where the leader sits to make meetings and ceremonies. The leader sits at the entrance of their den to do so.


Rocks that lean against the TallTree create the warriors den. Inside it is cool during the midst of Greenleaf and warm during the coldest of Leaf-bare.


After years of digging underneath TallTree, the apprentices den was finally made. It is actually quite large and has room for many apprentices with the body sizes of Wolfclan.


Behind the warrior's den for as much safety as possible, the nursery isn't just the safest den but it is also the highest den from ground so if the river over-floods the kits and queens will be safe.


The best den for warriors to spend the rest of their days in.


The den is cool 24/7 and has enough room for sick cats, herbs, and the medicine cat his/herself.


The territory is full with thick forests and sweeping grasslands. Prey of all sorts go through the territory. Including birds, lizards, frogs, squirrels, voles, mice, and many more. Even herds of deer come through, but WolfClan doesn't hunt them.


Though it is bigger than a pond, the name just stuck for this body of water. Many fish live here but WolfClan doesn't hunt them, they only come here for the water. At the beginning, end and middle of the pond is land masses that the clan uses to get across to the other main four clans and to Gatherings.

3. When mating/birthing, 'fade to black'

5. If you do not post for a while, maybe about two weeks, you will be disqualified from roleplaying unless you tell me beforehand that you won't be posting

11. Write at least one long sentence. It can't be something like, 'He sat' or 'She licked her paw'. Unless you have multiple characters who you have written many paragraphs for already, do not do that.
12. Do not kill off a character unless you have the owner's permission to do so
13. You may have as many characters as you want, just be able to handle them all. You do not need to make every character say something everytime you post

History: When he was born his clan was attacked by dogs, because of this he lost both of his ears and tail. Throughout his apprenticeship, he was always made fun of for being so smart/nerdy and always speaking with intelligence. Because of this, he is now really shy.

1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from the other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.

2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.

3. Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders.

4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.

5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.

6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their
warrior name.

7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.

8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires.

9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen
before moonhigh.

10. A gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.

11. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.

12. No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if that kit is from a different Clan.

13. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.

14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self-defense.

15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.


Mice, voles, finches, any other birds, squirrels, lizards, frogs, fish (sometimes), and if the whole clan decides too, they can hunt down one deer at a time. They must be very careful with the hunt, though.


There are many threats with owning a territory as big a Wolfclan does, but the day to day threats are:
The other clans, Thunderclan, Riverclan, Shadowclan, and Windclan. Foxes, birds of prey, dogs, badgers, and bears. Hopefully a warrior never comes across a bear, or death is definitely in that warrior's future. There is also a posse of all male cats led by a cat with the name of Switch.


Huh, the warriors have been smelling a rouge on the border. She seems to have milk-scent on her too. I wonder if she has kits?

NAME: Ruffledmane!

DESIRED RANK: Deputy, and then possibly leader, though he knows it's not likely to happen.

PERSONALITY: Sweet, friendly, outgoing, affectionate, caring, loving, proud, loyal, noble, and slightly loud, Ruffledmane is level-headed and has a positive (or tries to) outlook on everything! He can be seen as an annoyance and a bit too touchy feely, but that's only because he goes out of his way to be kind and sincere to others. He's bubbly, and always grinning, always in a good mood. Though Ruffledmane is actually a pretty tough-looking cat on the outside, and though he's usually open and unguarded, he can still become hostile and aggressive when he is threatened or messed with, and will sacrifice himself, tapping into his explosive temper at times, to save his clan-mates.

DESCRIPTION: A massive, muscular main coon tomcat, (a black smoky main coon, to be specific) with yellow-golden eyes with flecks of green in them. He has a long, black pelt, big, tufted ears, and hints of light and dark gray in his pelt - mostly around his neck and cheeks, but there are whips of gray on his shoulder and paws, too.

KIN: His brother, Ren, who is now deceased.

CRUSH: None yet!

MATE: Nope.

HISTORY: Ruffledmane was once a member of a savage, feral band of rogues - all toms. They lived in Twolegplace, and were known to pull pranks, perform dangerous stunts, and be harmful and ruthless towards Kittypets or any other cats that weren't a part of their all-male "posse". It comes as a surprise to some that Ruffledmane endured the harshness of Twolegplace yet is still so friendly, and he is, admittedly, grateful that his times there with the savage cats that took him and his brother in. On one terrible and horrifying day, Ren rebelled against the group of cats' feral, cruel ways, and was instantly murdered by their new leader, Switch. He fled to the woods and upon stumbling on the clan of Wolfclan, Ruffledmane is willing to give this new lifestyle a try... though deep down, he fears losing another close friend like he lost dear Ren.

DISADVANTAGES: Ruffledmane's two main disadvantages are 1. his soft demeanor, and 2. his deep hatred for water


ADVANTAGES: Despite his two weakest points, Ruffledmane can 1. use his charming attitude/ logic to get himself an others out of tricky situations, 2. can hunt fairly well and is a speedy, extremely good fighter, and 3. can run like no cat's business, whether it be to escape a more powerful threat, or to hunt.

Wolfstar limped out of his den. The last battle left him more scarred than he had hoped. He swiftly jumped off of TallTree netherless and stretched in the middle of the camp. He knew today would be the day his two youngest kits would be apprenticed, he had to get ready.
