The she-cat slowly creeps forward, inching her way slowly towards the bird before pouncing, unfortunately the fat bird quickly hops out of the way, flying away. "Dang it." She hisses under her breath.

Annoyed, Shadow pads over to an open trash can, hopping on top, looking to see if there was anything worth eating.

A small,black cat with a white paw and a collar stepped out from under the dumpster."What is it Allie?"The dog looked at the bag."I found some chicken.It doesn't smell the greatest,but it looks like the twoleg that had it didn't touch any."The cats whiskers twitched."Weird.Your sure they didn't do anything to it?"She shook her head."Looks like it just went bad and they didn't want it."He nodded and jumped onto the dumpster lid."Fair enough.Why don't you go find Shadow and see if you can help her?"The dog nodded and padded off.

A tan she-cat sat by herself,eyes narrowed at the casual talk between the dog and small cat.

Shadow paws at the disgusting two-leg trash, still a bit hopeful.
