"Ok!" She calls then sees Shadow. "Whats wrong?"

"Yes?" He breaths.

She hesitated for a long time until she finally found the courage to speak. "Do you think, when we have our full names, we could be mates? And also, one day, when we're ready, we could have kits?" She breathed the question, once again afraid of his answer.

"Who would she not like you?" She asks. "She's the clan's medicine cat. Sure she's not allowed to have kits but she treats the rest of the clan like her kits. Why would she not treat two young brave cats like you in a kind way?" She asks feeling her heart break. She uses her tail to gently draw the kits closer to her.

Oakpaw

"Of course. I was going to ask you the same thing." He tells her. "Now lets get back I'm freezing. We can share some prey." He says, his tail was still tightly curled around hers.
