She frowned and pulled her tail away, standing up. She looked around for a moment before limping away. She limped around for a while before she sat down under a tree that had caught all the snow and left a patch of dirt.

Softkit frowns before walking over to flame with Echokit on his tail flame stood up "come on little ones" she meows walking into the nuresry over to her nest she pats the nest with her tail

"It's not the same without him" he whispers closing his eyes he buried his nose into his moms fur his eyes cloud with sadness "why did he have to leave." He meows softly was this how flame felt? Sure he could see bramblepaw at moonhigh.

Honeypaw rolled onto her back, looking at the tree she was sitting under. She realised it was getting kinda dark and decided to sleep in the forest. She climbed into a hole in the tree that guarded her from the wind and settled down.

"Maybe we can find him while hunting. Or we could stay here. This must all be so hard for you." She whispers. She licks his head again smoothing down the soft fur.

Honeypaw watched snowflakes getting blown across the ground. She sighed and started naming people on her head that she thought didn't like her. "Bramblepaw. Lunarstar. Flame. Oakkit. Goldheart." She whispered to herself. She wondered if there was anyone else.

"I don't know how you stay so calm." He meows softly closing his eyes "I feel like the stress is taking over my body every step burning like fire" he whispers

Honeypaw looked around the hollow tree. She thought of Patchpaw. Why was he so upset? She decided she would check later. He could handle it himself. He didn't want peo to be even more annoyed with her.

"I am far from calm. On the inside I can be really sad. I just try not to show it. The clan cant afford for their leader to show too much of how they are feeling. I don't want to worry them." She admits.

He nods "dirt" he meows softly bumping her on the nose with his paw he missed being a kit his smile fades into a frown he missed his brother

"Dirt." She purrs licking his nose in return. "Do you remember when your brother fell into the dirt pit?" She asks with a large smile. She missed those days.
