Adderstar sat up in her nest. She started to groom herself. Flicking off the last bit of moss, she padded out into the clearing. The camp was still quiet. I want to lead a patrol today.

Firepaw sat in his nest, trying to go back to sleep. Considering he couldn't, he got up. Not bothering to groon himself,he started to sort through the herbs. Their all low. A pang of worry shot through him. Ever since the great sickness, they had been running low on herbs. And leaf-bare will be here soon...

Wildpath layed in his nest eyes closed thinking about the oncoming season leafbare. But his train of thought was lost when he heard a russtle coming from his young apprentices nest. He opend his eyes and watched Firepaw for a moment. Wildpath had notice how messy Firepaws fur was, he smiled but his mouth was hidden by his tail. " you should probably think about grooming yourself Firepaw" Wildpath chuckled his eyes looking over his black bushy tail, " especally if you expect to be a medicine cat" he added still not moving from his nest.


~Redwing~
Red wings jaws parted as she yawned, she looked up groggly from her nest. She watched the pelts of ther other warriors rise and fall with every sleepy breath. After giving herself a quick groom Redwing got up with another yawn she headed out of the den her eyes still glazed from sleep. She hoped to speak to Adderstar about joining the morning patrol.

~Rain~
Rain padded along side the river, he had been up for a while now hoping to catch some early morning prey in his old clans teritory. Rain knew that the area near the river was full of tasty prey ripe for the taking.

Adderstar looked around the clearing. Spotting Redwing, she walked over."How would you like to join the patrol i'm gping to lead?" She asked.

Wildpath watched for a moment before getting up himself. One he had stretched he started to Groom himself. " I thought we might go out today and collect some herbs" Wildpath said between licks.

She smiled and bent her head with thanks, " that's actually what I wanted to ask you Adderstar" Redwing answerd. She sat down next to her leader waiting for any other cats to join the patrol, " do you have in mind any other cats to join us for the patrol?" She asked thimkmg that maybe she could go and wake them.

Firepaw nodded. "Okay, which herbs do we need?" He asked.
